Well, the problem seems to be the opposite.
Enemies do not give enough response, and are boring to kill. On higher difficulties they take an insane amount of time to kill, but the feeling of accomplishment isn't really there.
I'll wait for reviews and see what the final AI is like on every difficulty.
Well...DMC1 and 3 are fun games. It's just that, when placed in a pot with God of War and Ninja Gaiden, it lags behind in AI/combat immersion.
I'm still looking forward to it though...
Ugh. What is with EGM and rumour whoring?
It looks fun, but I have a very bad feeling that it could get insanely boring, if the feedback from all enemies is that low =|
Awesome!
I wanna see what this "High-Res" Special box art looks like now...=)
It's not a smart idea to judge from one game alone. Also, Oblivion looked better on the PS3 because they took the time to make a good port.
I think it may be because the Lair dev is right, that it is easier to port from the PS3 to the 360. If that is indeed true, all it means is future titles are more likely to be made on the PS3 first, of which I have no complaints.
I have a feeling there will be some kind of restriction(s).
It's not like it'll be a Torrent client or anything. If it was though, I'd jump for joy.
It is a prequel, so it doesn't matter.
I read Halo: The Fall of Reach after beating the game, it simply gave history to the characters. No game spoilers at all. Also, since it has come out before the game, it was likely intended to be read first so you could get a "sneak-peak" into the storyline.
This game looks promising.
"Final Fantasy creator" in the title would garner more attention.
I honestly do not know, I just recall hearing about said feature (watching movies in real time, whether on the HDD or not I am uncertain) in a preview for Home.
However, I do recall hearing Blu-ray... although it is likely that the feature I'm referring to is unrelated to this P2P network.
Either way, this should be interesting.
Finally, Linux much more easily accessible to the average consumer.
"While they attacked Nero with large numbers, they didn't seem to exhibit a lot of intelligence, making them easy targets for nimble man[o]euvres."
I truly hope the AI is made smarter, rather than more time consuming to kill in the final version.
Hm, is this that pop-in-a-Blu-ray-watch-it-with -your-buddies-via-Home feature? I recall it being mentioned a while back.
It'd be cool for homebrew stuff too.
Good read.
As unfortunate as it is, I do agree with this. I really cannot see myself enjoying killing enemies if they are that unresponsive. I hope they introduce a difficulty where rather than taking hours to kill an enemy, they kill YOU quicker. One of the biggest issues I have with the series.
Still looking forward to the game.
Additionally, for article integrity, I would suggest keeping the "?" and removing the "!" from the ...
Yeah, the game does look good graphically, I just wonder what it'll be like in the final product.
WE NEED A DEMO.
Isn't a demo already playable at PS3 kiosks in Japan?
I have to agree there. IGN's latest preview mentions that as well. Joystiq actually is heavily unimpressed with the game due to the near-unresponsive AI...=(
I hope they "upgrade" it before the final product.
Graphically the game looks alright, but I think it is mainly the gameplay that is attractive. It just makes me want to tear out a combo on that giant boss.
Good to know the game runs in 1080p/60fps, but I hope that it is at least more-than-decent looking graphically. (Which I'm certain it should be.)
Yeah, it's just that when the news first came out it didn't seem true. But some of the people in images are confirmed Beta Testers.
In other words, ignore my first comment. =)
I think the PC version should be tagged as well.
Easy isn't fun.
Look at DMC4's trailers. You might as well play in "training" mode.
