Yes but that isn't really relevant. The issue here is hacking/cheating rather than premium content. I think UT has great mods though, so I hope the PS3 version fares well with the mods. It could even go to the 360 version if worked out, since UT's modding is a pretty big area of the game.
The user created mods part sounds very cool. As for it being made on PS3, I dunno because it is DirectX 10 optimized isn't it? So it's probably PC main platform, or maybe simultaneous development/optimized for consoles and PC separately.
Looking forward to the game nonetheless.
EBGames is very picky on the games they find acceptable. If it's 360/PS3/Wii games you'll be ok, but majority of PS2/Xbox games will not be eligible...
Out of my entire Xbox collection (30+ games), the only eligible game I had in a "trade in 4 games and get Lair for free" deal was Halo 1.
Just keep that in mind if you were wondering about this deal.
Heh, I was hoping for some more MK when I saw that Scorpion image. Crash Bandicoot is great fun though. Crash III = favourite PSone game.
32GB for DS? That's pretty crazy stuff.
"Stupid xbots give me my bubbles back!"
*sigh* you're only making it worse for yourself...maybe if you didn't start with the name calling you could be on your way to some more bubbles.
Slowly but surely, every type of viable technology will have some type of porn easily available to it, if it does not already.
Agreed.
Being in PR must be a pain though. I'm sure they have good intentions, but let out too many faults and you'll probably get fired. Although every PR agent should admit to obvious faults for sure.
Harrison can do some very questionable things. But at least he's admitting a big fault here.
“We did a very bad job between E3 2006 and the media event in October. [It's] something which in hindsight I wished we had done – but that's 20/20 vision. I wished we had released a movie showing the Xross Media Bar in action to the web after E3 2006. Not maybe showing every single feature, but just to give people something to chew on."
Just a note: Team Ninja doesn't really do "ports," they do however create improved, usually ground-up remade games. Other than the obvious example being NG1's remakes, the other known one is DOA2 and DOA2 Hardcore.
He's totally right. Who cares about this 5 year old game? We all played it back in 2002 anyway, 2 years before it came out.
"saying it was a really hard game"
Hahahaha....the drama comes to PS3 now =)
All noobs hate this game; those unable to beat it (referring to critics) generally trashed it before as well.
Graphically the game isn't mindblowing, but it's very touched up and pretty good for a 2nd wave release.
Is the collector's edition available there too? I preordered it but I still have to wait for the US release...
Region free, so if you were to somehow get the import of the Jap version, it would work on an NTSC US/PAL system.
In Japan.
Well that was rather quick. The blog just loaded.
Edit: Very good list!
Awesome if true, Québec is beautiful. The third attached screen looks very familiar.
The demo's biggest apparent problem was a v-lock sync issue, the cut down horizontal pixel count on 1080p was possible. I believe the brunt of the problem has been fixed in the final version though.
Good find Diselage, I need to know where to get free ROMs/games from.
Edit: The link seems down? Bandwidth problems?
