Whoever's playing is either fooling around, or very bad at this game.
The entire gameplay part shown is a new addition (for anyone who never played the originals), and the first cutscene of Doku is now in game, and slightly modified from the original. The rest of the cutscenes seemed to be unaltered and still CGI.
It looks good, can't wait to play it. The combat system HAS been noticeably tweaked from the Xbox versions, getting hit is a lot easier, and blocking m...
I agree with both of you, but seeing as the mass market for gaming probably is teenage boys, this kind of stuff is excellent marketing.
On the other hand, I wouldn't want to play with any non good looking character, whether it be a guy or a girl. They have to look cool to appeal to me (not necessarily in terms of cleavage or anything).
Good stuff. I'd like to try out the gun.
Man, I was impatient. I got the Jap version. Only problem = No decapitations on that version.
I don't really see why an article was made of this, seeing as it was announced as such a while ago, before that report.
Yeah. If not, no big deal, better safe than sorry.
I'd be happier to see that core eliminated and the Premium drop to its price.
Maybe when I have a job then I can buy one, and own both systems (not including Wii, no personal interest).
It simply says "recruit," which can be interpreted as a beta sign up. It might not be, but it doesn't mention newsletters either.
Assuming it's a beta, I signed up, simply because I want to be picked for something.
Edit: What are you disagreeing with? It does not mention anything of a news letter.
Wow. Microsoft and Sony Korea seem to be pretty tight (take a look at the comments in the article).
I wish that's how it was in the US and Europe too.
"You'll be able to tell us whether you agree or disagree with Hayashi-san when the demo launches in a couple of weeks time (exact date yet to be confirmed)"
What exactly is meant by this? Does he mean a fully playable version? Because the demo exists already as we know...
Preordered the collector's...I hope they get it on time.
As for NG2, I'm guessing it's 360 bound due to what Itagaki said about sequels on 360, but wouldn't be surprised...
I would say OpenGL 2.1, then DX10, and then of course 9.
The top and bottom left renders are pretty ridiculous. Crysis of course is awesome in DX10.
I would look into buying this, but I recently preordered Lair and Sigma, and my game-money is low at the moment... the port looks quite good though.
I didn't know Yahoo reviewed games -- pretty in depth actually.
LOL! Japanese gameshows are hilarious.
Bioshock, L.A. Noire and of course GTAIV is what I'll be looking at.
Yeah actually sometimes I get those two games confused (could also be because of the names).
I guess it's good that they're juicing it up as much as they can. I hope the final product turns out to be a good 2008 buy.
As far as the trailer leads us to believe, it isn't for the Wii.
This was one of the first next gen titles I knew about, before the launch of the 360. While the Xbox 1 was still doing well.
How the hell is it not out yet? I thought (originally) it was going to be a launch 360 game, actually.
Edit: Actually if this is being done on purpose, that's good, can't buy every game in 2007 alone.
I don't think PC shared games count, it's only concerning console exclusivity.
I don't think people are arguing that the controller is making it popular as much as the fact that it is the cheapest and has all the Nintendo games, which some people simply prefer.
I don't think much of the Wii, but I acknowledge the pretty wide audience it appeals too, since I'm sure some people have no need for a 360 or PS3.
