Alan Wake was amazing! I'm glad it's gotten solid ratings and accolades. The games DLC is some of the best I've ever downloaded, unlike some DLC that feels tacked on. The story is original and I enjoyed the game greatly.

Not taking six years to develop the game is a great start! Other then that they just need to keep with what makes Forza the better game in the first place, easy controls, great graphics, realistic physics and damage. Nuff said.
Personally I enjoyed Too Human, would love a sequel but I'd much rather get a Perfect Dark game or new Halo wars game. Forza 4 was a nice announcement and we know of Gears 3 which is going to be amazing. I'd prefer some sort of surprise factor to be honest.
I was curious to see who would say things like "They are milking this franchise" I mean we don't even get U3 for a year and yet they are already talking about a sequel.
I find it a lot hypocritical that people on this site accuse Microsoft of milking things like Gears and Halo and Forza when Sony does the same thing with their IP's, even though their IP's sell less. I guess Sony has to keep trying to milk the cow though.
Everything they reveled was already rumored or confirmed, wit the exception of Forza 4 and Possibly Mass Effect 3, which everyone knew was going to come out next year anyway. I wasn't impressed to say the least with any of the show.

Not to be a jerk, but I seriously doubt a series like Gears which has sold like 13 million copies would postpone a reveal simply because of a game like Uncharted. Both games are critical successes, however Uncharted has sold less then half of what Gears has done.

Mass Effect 2 all the way. Not only did it surpass all my expectations, but it was the best game I've ever played! Importing every decision you made from the first game and having every little choice impact the next game was brilliant and wonderfully done.
Solid work in a stellar year from Microsoft. They undoubtedly won 2010. Congratulations to them. Here's hoping for continued success in the future!
I know I love my Kinect, cant wait to see what new offerings we get in the future.

Alan Wake for certain, amazing game and I cant wait for the sequel. Metro 2033 was also vastly underrated IMHO. Such a great game, received superb reviews as well. Two solid XBox 360 exclusives that didn't get near the amount of respect they deserved.
Microsoft really rebounded this year. Congratulations to them. I think too many people are tauting "Exclusives" now, even though Microsoft had more exclusives this year for the 360.

2 exclusives? So because Microsoft is better at keeping some games secret it means they wont have more? We already know Gears 3, Kingdoms, Forza 4 and probably either Halo Wars 2 or Halo Ce remake in HD and off the Reach Engine. Also, I wouldn't count out a Perfect Dark game or something else along those lines. Remember, everyone said PS3 would have more exclusives THIS YEAR and failed to deliver.

There is no such thing as a "Perfect game" which is only my opinion, but there are flaws to every game, even years later we can see them. Perfection is something game companies should strive for, but should probably never reach and honestly IMHO cant reach.
If you reached perfection, where is there to go from there? Only down, which is never a good thing. I'll take a 8.5, 9 or 9.5 any day of the week. 10's are just breading grounds for disappointment.
Well I own five Kinect titles and I've rented a few more.
1.Kinect Sports-It's just a fun game, picks up everything well
2.Dance Central-Big hit with the party crowd when friends come over
3.Sonic Free Riders-Loads of fun with friends and solid graphics
4.Kinect Adventures-Great tech demo to show people what Kinect does
5.Kinectimals-My Girlfriend loves this game, it's cute and all....sort of an Animal Crossing feel I guess.

I tried to tell people this. Sony counts any Wand, Nunchuk or PS EYE as a "Move" sale, plus they keep using, "units shipped" which doesn't bother me as much as the whole lack of ability to count unique owners. I figure the best way to track that is by the software, which Move games are selling like crud right now, so there ya go.
No true sequel to KOTOR 2, I mean an MMORPG is all well and good, but I'm not a P.C. gamer in the least, I want a true sequel to KOTOR to finish up that story.

I'd prefer it be a bit of a surprise anyway. Imagine a Halo 1 Remake with the Reach engine coming out in the same year as Gears 3? That is pretty sick IMHO. Plus Halo CE can be online enabled, I've always wanted to play that online for the Xbox!
I said Move was doing fair because it's a fact that 4.1 million unique users don't have Move. People bought two wands and probably at least a single nun chuk attachment. If you look at the game sales for Move, there really bad.
As for the Exclusives thing, didn't we hear the same thing this year? How Sony was going to have sooooo many more exclusives and in the end, Microsoft actually had more. Seeing as how Microsoft actually tends to keep their games under wraps...
