I've played all the Persona games except 5 because I don't own a PS4. Really want a PC port.
I hope that by new announcements he means actual SE games. VII remake, X-3, XVI, the XI remake, Fran & Balthier spin-off, Type-Next, Dissidia NT for PC, KHIII for PC, etc. Don't care about The Avengers, TR, Hitman, or JC. Wouldn't mind a new Deus Ex though I guess.
Crackdown 3/10
Link's Awakening is a great game, but this seems like a slightly lazy remake. There have been more substantial remakes that have cost less.
From the point of view of a consumer, Steam doesn't need competition. Frequent sales, and a huge constantly growing catalogue. I think it's publishers that have an issue with it, and it's because of the cut that Valve takes.
But yeah, I don't want like 20 launchers. I don't want to be giving my bank details to that many of them. The more of them there are, the greater the number of vulnerable ones. I also don't want to bloat my PC with all of them.

Am I the only one who thinks those screenshots look kind of lacking? The colors are nice, but the level of detail isn't great. There's something kind of sparse about a lot of it. If you were just to glance at it, you might think it was really detailed, but look at it for a few seconds and you realize that the level of detail is quite low. Something about the signs dotted around the place doesn't look very good either. Hard to articulate why, but I think it's got something to d...
True!
I feel like there's something a bit problematic about making everyone think that she was for sure a trans woman in the promotion for the game (lifting her skirt and Vincent staring in shock at her crotch), and then her turning out to be ****SPOILER ALERT**** an alien instead. It's iffy. Lumping trans people in with extraterrestrials, non-humans - treating them the same way in the promotion.
The problem with Atlus is that they like to be shocking and bizarre and weir...
Fingers crossed for PC. I've played all the games except this one because I don't have any consoles.
Eh, I kind of prefer the sort of hybrid thing that the series has always done. Western, medieval, high fantasy has never appealed to me - too much brown and grey and green. I'd play another game like IX, but even that had some heavy sci-fi in it.
"don't say he likes child porn amd rapes kids because then the media wont mind, as that is now "progressive" and a misunderstood sexual orientation we must all be tolerant of."
Said no one ever. What world are you living in? Don't you understand that people are only asking us to accept orientations and lifestyles that don't harm or victimize or exploit others? No one thinks that sex with minors is a victimless "orientation", other t...
Well we don't know all the facts yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if all of it was true. Never got good vibes from this guy. Also, he admitted he had a USB with teen porn on it, so at the very least he's a total creep.
Speak for yourself. I don't play super violent games, because I don't enjoy the violence. Moreover, even if you do enjoy violent videogames, that doesn't mean that you'll enjoy real violence. They're two very different experiences, no matter how similar they appear. Yoko Taro himself should know this given that he makes videogames. Exaggerated and ridiculous sound effects and visual effects - you don't get these things in real life. Killing is brutal and traumatic for ...
Death Stranding is a p2w mobile RPG confirmed.
I kind of feel like Steam didn't need any competition though. I can't say I'm unsatisfied with it. The sales are frequent and really good. Almost every game is available, and games I thought I'd never be able to play on PC are continually being added.
The thing about Valve is that they don't have shareholders as such, so they don't need to make everything really expensive for the sake of profit. Therefore, competition is kind of unnecessary, it would...
It'll probably be another mobile game. They should make that "Cry On" game they cancelled years ago.
Looking good! I hope it gets an English version.
I love the sense of scale, but how the heck could an open-world like that be anything more than largely pretty bare? It would take a seriously long time to handcraft a detailed world of that size. I'm definitely curious about how they'll tackle this problem, but the thing is, there are several massive planets. How could they possibly make them all densely detailed without generating the details procedurally? And of course, the problem with that approach is that it often doesn't lo...
It's either some lunatic having a tantrum because they're stuck on something in an SMT game, or it's someone testing a bot to be used for future review bombing, or it's some religious person objecting to the occult stuff / references in the games, or it's some kid just being a troll for no reason, or it's a delayed reaction to SMT V's Switch exclusivity, or it's a reaction to Atlus' growing DLC practices, or Atlus is secretly responsible and is hoping that ...
I think I'll hold out for Pokémon Fist
