At what point did I imply I was bitter? I found this more amusing than anything else.
And how did you miss that extra tidbit of real info in my above comment that no one else has talked about yet? Namely, the flash memory situation.
But I see you guys are simply going to believe whatever you choose to believe, which is fair enough. It does, however, make further discussion of it a consummate waste of my time.
We're talking facts, straight from the source. I respect and like Destructoid, although I don't often visit their site, and it's cool they dug into the rumor that much, but we didn't report things we happened to overhear. We reported what we were directly told, and we didn't even say all of it. We neglected to mention the name of the unit (although we did hint at it) and also we didn't say exactly why it'd be a really bad idea to go out and get a large Memory Stick Pro-Duo in anticipation ...
I haven't felt the need to go there since the UGO buyout. It's like they ripped the soul from 1up....used to be a great site.
Edit: @below - Maybe.
We were talking about facts from a source at Sony.
Slight difference.
Nothing about our article was speculation. In fact, we were separating fact from fiction in all the other speculation articles that have floated about the Net. While we couldn't name our source, we do have one, and we even said as much in the article.
I'm digging the art style too....looking forward to playing this one!
Although I guess it should have a name first.....
I think the post you meant to respond to is down a bit.
Uh......you might want to wait before making any flash memory purchases for the PSP Go.
Actually, you REALLY want to just wait.
Not so much "removed" as much as "replaced." Don't go buying any Memory Stick Pro Duos in anticipation for this new unit.
Yup. Exactly what we were refering to. I truly doubted anyone would have just figured it out. As I said in the comments for that article, I still think it's kinda dumb.
You ARE reading too far into some of those, but you've hit the nail on the head on others.
BTW, that paragraph was written by our source at Sony; there are some of those hints WE don't even know what they mean yet.
That's exactly what we were talking about. I knew no one would get it until more info was available.
"We all know E3 is ---->GO<----ing to be filled with HEAVY announcements, potentially COLOSSAL even if we’re lucky. Don’t let all the MASSIVE amounts of rumors RAIN on your parade. It’s a great TIME to be living the PlayStation LifeStyle, so TUNE in as we bring all the news, LITTLE and BIG to you as things are set in MOTION every step of the way."

I'm fine with that. I'm not likely to play it again anyway given that the sequel is coming later this year; I'd rather play that.
Why the hell would they do that? A little controversy, and Konami runs? That's BS. This is a good concept for a game, and I'm glad someone's doing it. I hope another publisher with a bigger set of balls picks this up.
And sony will have to drop the banhammer again, just like they did the first time.
Is there something different on Ninja Gaiden 2's box?
Microsoft published Ninja Gaiden 2 as well. What's your point?
It makes a difference? Ok. Which console did Tomb Raider sell more for?
Can someone please explain to me why every time someone is excited for an exclusive game and gushes about it, that automatically makes them a fanboy for whatever system in question it's on? That is annoying as hell.
Anyway, yeah, this game looks to be one of the most impressive games coming this year, and I can't wait to play it. And I can vouch for Jake, the guy who wrote this article, very recently picking up a PS3 of his very own; he's on my friends list now - we gaming blog...
