lmao
really? you complain that its the 7th mario kart across 11 nintendo consoles but you say you would wait for the new COD...like COD is not the most liked franchise this gen...
How about you go and check just how many COD games have been released over the past 2 generations and compare that to the amount of mario kart games
obviously inflated hours like pretty much any game out there. I would assume its more like 60-70 hours after the 2nd playthrough, maybe less if they dont change the puzzles, otherwise 2nd playthrough is always shorter.
Still this game looks freaking amazing, and i cant wait for it to come out.. maybe i will still be alive after 100+ hours of oblivion so i can play this,lol
this guy cliff is seriously going for the trophy of most ignorant person in N4G....
i could swear the wii mote + nunchuk has 8 buttons... kinda like you know, ps3, 360... maybe if you actually knew what you are talking about your comments would make more sense
@Cliff
Please tell me thats sarcasm... Because if its not, you are an embarrasment even to Nintendo fanboys like myself. I have no need to make stuff like the PS3 being weaker than the Wii to show how much i enjoy the Wii.
Same as i could say why i enjoy my PS3 or 360.
so 1st you troll that the PS3 has better online and thats why Monster Hunter should be there, but then you complain that you need to be online to play DQX???
also, why would anyone complain that a game that looks to be closer to an MMORPG than anything, complain that they have to be connected to the internet to play?? Even more, WHO THE F*** IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET 24/7 ON THEIR CONSOLES THESE DAYS...
i suggest you take some lessons on trolling caus...
sure just like monster hunter 3 did it, and DQIX, and DQX... how about you actually wait until they announce something before making that kind of assumptions
monster hunter 3G is actually a port with new monsters and quests of monster hunter 3 (the one on wii)
Those fight animations looked so awesome. Really hoping they get this in America. Now all we need is an Advance Wars(we all know its coming eventually) and all my strategy/RPG needs will be fulfilled
Overall, really impressed with Nintendo's conference. A great lineup of games for whats left of this year and for next year as well. I really really hope NOA doesnt screw us with Fire Emblem.
Hopefully this will put the 3DS doomed articles to rest(for a while at least) and people will see all the great games coming.
Would have liked some more specifics about the 3DS "boat" but i guess they wanted to focus on the games only.
the actual conference showed like 5min of pure gameplay footage which looked awesome
Terrible, terrible name (as usual with SE) but looks amazing. Always a fans of that type of graphics and gameplays seems kinda like 4 Heroes of Light
Great that they are improving hit detection, i hope they fix this as well on MW3, that game has some serious hit detection problems like BC2, or knifing people in like a 250 degree radius
Yeah, it would definetely be though on early adopters(like myself) but i think the benefits of having a 2nd analog stick on all units so early on the console's life would be much better. Especially when it comes to 3rd party developer support.
A good move would i think, would be to give a discount to every owner of the current 3DS model for the purchase of the 2nd Slide "Boat"(looks awful btw) and release the new version as soon as possible, that way they leave ...
Well aside from the fact that it looks like shit... Im glad we are getting the 2nd pad so early on so its better supported, its not like i wouldnt have switched to the lite version anyway. I guess it also means the revised version is coming sooner than we thought.
I would also like that Nintendo gave these for free before they release the new 3ds but i doubt it
Well i hope the 2nd slider pad is true, better now at the start of the console's life than later on. I just hope its not to unconfortable, well ill be trading it for the 3DS lite when it comes anyway
well yeah, maybe you cant play absolutely everything offline, but it doesnt mean you cant play the whole story.. at least there are not enough details so far to make that assumption...
I really like the idea of them releasing a Wii U version, will definitely be buying that one.
Also really liking that online aspects they are adding, kinda of a mix of DQ IX and a full MMORPG.
well DQ IX was pretty good and it added an online element, certainly not to the degree this one seems to want, but i actually think it has a lot of potencial.
Also remember they said you can play the entire game offline without a problem.
@mamotte
dont even bother arguing with him... god knows he is not worthy of anyone's attention, which is clearly what he is looking for, not to mention his account will probably be banned by tomorrow so its just better to leave him alone
