the problem with that, is that the person who is selling the game or taking it to GS,amazon,etc is also getting extra money out of the game, even though they didnt make the game right? the benefit that you get out of buying a game should be the time you play it, right?
that way everything is equal, developer spends money to make game -> you spend money to buy game -> you enjoy the game -> developer gets some profit so they can continue to exist.

with that kind of thinking we are going to be out of game developers very soon. Imagine you make a game where 40-50% of the ppl who play it buy it used. How do you think games are made??? with money, they dont fund themselves with good thougts.

actually thats kinda why they are letting the 3rd parties handle the online as they prefer, they already acknowledge that if they created the online network and make every developer follow their rules, it wouldnt work

so where is it exactly that they said there wont be a single user name system??? i dont remember seeing any article mention that. I even recall seeing statements from ubisoft saying the system will operate with profile very much like Live.

thats something i wondered when i saw the price of infamous, doesnt the fact of releasing the game online saves them a lot of money on producing of the discs, manuals, cases, etc, as well as the money they would lose to the retailers???

yeah, i do know that nintendo likes to release their games a lot, this one in particular is very diferent than the rest because there are truly major changes made. But still, the point in re-releases is simply a very personal thing to see if you want to buy it again.

Think about this for a second, Nintendo VERY rarely until this gen releases 2 mario flagship titles on the same console, same for other franchises like zelda, metroid, smash, fzero.
Now think about sony or other companies, 3 uncharted games, 3 resistance games, 3 ratchet games, possibly 2 god of war games, like a million CODs, 3 battlefields, 3 Gears of War, 4 Halos, 4 assasins creeds......

well the ps3 and xbox i have are the slim versions so im used to just 2 usb and 1 hdmi. I dont see many ppl needing 2 hdmi but more than 2 usb is a plus, i cant deny that sometimes its needed so at least we are getting that, just hope its not reduced to anything less than 3 in the final version
i think most ppl here will disagree with me, but i dont really see the controller that big. On the regular screenshots showed by Nintendo it does, but on this screens and videos of the demos i doenst look that big.
