People keep forgetting a PC can do far more than a console. Prices have gone up sure, you used to be able to build great PCs for less, but graphics cards have ended up reaching silly prices, but not much different to the likes of greedy Apple etc in that regard.
PCs are very worth price of admission, you make savings elsewhere with cheaper games, can run emulators, and a bunch of other software a console can't like video editing programs.
New? GPUs current generation is about to be replaced with a new gen as it is every 2 years.
That was fast for a mod.. but why CJ? This is just odd, slightly amusing though i guess.
Lmao no games on PC sure, literally had some of the best FPS, turn based strategy (Worms 2) and a bunch of others since the 90's with online multiplayer.
Sure, PC has no games. Nice to know you limit yourself to a handful of PS exclusives and that's it.
Yeah, this grammar mistake bugs me often but I'm not sure why, it's not even a difficult one to understand.
Another one I'm seeing lately is people replacing the word being with been.
If you let reviews spoil your enjoyment of a game/film then you're a sheep, take a look yourself before deciding if something is junk. People are so shallow.
Single & multiplayer i hope. Return to Castle Wolfenstein had a good single player campaign and online MP in 2001, no reason games can't have both. I wonder why he's decided on UE5 instead of ID tech, maybe he feels it's enough for what he needs and would take less work to get things done.
Doesn't take away the fact they r basically adult games tho.
Depends on resolution, detail settings and frame rate you want to play at. Today the best budget card I would say is the 3060Ti.
Best off waiting for next gen unless you find a bargain current gen card. If you have a high hz display just wait out a few months and get a 4070/4080 tbh.
Has nobody found out who voiced Morshu yet?
There's many salty console fanboys here, so you'll usually get a lot of rubbish said when things are favored towards PC.
Asus are pretty decent, getting a bit greedy/full of themselves, but usually have had solid motherboards etc. Though to be honest it changes every so often as to who's the best for particular hardware, shouldn't always stick to one brand or be a fanboy of one.
LG are also a good choice for monitors these days.
They are probably pissed at the negative reception of the trilogy that they've tried to fix with patches. Their fault for being lazy.
Yep, while Switch can do some nice looking and running games like MP Superstars, it can't do much more than that, resolution and graphics take a big hit when they start pushing. They practically almost maxed out the Switch as soon as it launched due to the hardware constraints.
I've yet to play the first yet! Still decluttering all the junk and boxes i have.
Valve is supposedly working on couple of different things. Both Half Life related i think, the game called Citadel will supposedly have a main VR player (or players) controlling game elements for strategy etc and the rest will be non-VR, so it will be interesting to see how it turns out if true.
Those wanting their fill of Source 2 can also wait for S&box, the new GM...
A game can have both fun online MP and great single player, late 90's/early 2000's PC games showed us that.
Stop with the milking and give us an overdue Switch successor plz
Valve used to be on the ball with being top tier PC developers, too bad they drag their feet these days.
Pretty much, console is good for some exclusives if you need it. PC & console is best of both worlds. Besides, PC is an all around entertainment device, not just for gaming.
The late 90's cemented PC as a great gaming platform for me, turn based games like Worms 2 online multiplayer via dialup were very fun and was something console didn't get a taste of for a while. Same with Half Life and other games. Not to mention all the other stuff you can run on PC that console cannot, then there's keyboard and mouse too.
