What's upsetting is how MS exclusives such as Phantom Dust 2 we're getting canceled around the same time due to lack of sufficient funding. Even KI Season 3 got shorted due to budget.
Never understood the purpose of a company shelling out $100+ million for a timed exclusive (a year no less), when they can practically just lock it up as a life-long exclusive.

"not interfering with them and letting them be creatively who they are"
Wish MS had extended that same gratitude to Twisted Pixel.

Will this version crash Xbox consoles like Grey Skies did?

NRS should take note.

This will be 343's undoing. Splitting resources and personnel working on MCC for PC as opposed to focusing solely on Infinite, has ended up biting them in the @ss.
Horribly managed studio.

With Ubisoft's horrible track record with ports and remasters, what are the odds that the game plays worse than it's 7th Gen counterpart?

Not surprising. Proxima Beta/TiMi Studio Group (developer/publisher) is a Tencent subsidiary.

I'd personally recommend steering clear of any gaming apps that require access to your device's id and call information.

So definitely no Siren 4 now. With Japan Studio consisting of several ex Team Silent staff, makes you wonder why Sony never attempted to strike a deal with Konami to make another Silent Hill installment.

Spencer's favorite Xbox game is Recore. Take that for however you'd like..

Can't possibly imagine why. The campaign was lengthy and varied (best in the franchise), the battle encounter between MC and Locke was on a level of epic proportions (over delivered) and the ending was entirely satisfying and left no loose ends.

Pretty good game to play (or watch on YT) if you've got insomnia.

No new Perfect Dark footage, Hellblade 2 nowhere in sight. More gameplay footage from timed exclusives than from 1st party line-up outside of Forza (but lots of cgi trailers). It's almost as if MS learned nothing from last year's E3 disaster and are trolling.

Played it for twenty minutes and submitted a refund the next day. Knew there was a reason why the studio never showed any hands-on gameplay (only trailer snippets) and offered the game at a reduced pre-order price.

Now PS owners can experience the walking simulation glory of The Medium.

Gears (outside of Tactics) has never sold well on PC. The reason MS never released any titles on PC up until 4, is because the first one performed poorly (saleswise) on the platform. Gears 5 literally tanked on PC.

Blames Don Mattrick. How long before MS claims they've listened to the fans and have decided to reverse their drm restrictions? Trying to make Phil "Two-Face" Spencer look like a hero.

Did most of you even read the article? Remedy had no input in the 3.8% shares sale to Tencent, as it was done on Accendo Capital's behalf. Remedy is a publicly traded company. Technically speaking, Tencent (If they wanted) could do a hostile takeover of Remedy by becoming a major shareholder within the company.

Lol at folks worried at the notion of MS buying WB Games. All the while, Tencent and Embracer Group (THQ Nordic) have been steadily gobbling up every gaming developer in their paths.

Fun/entertainment is subjective. No right or wrong answer. Some people deemed games such as Hellblade and Death Stranding as boring walking simulators, whereas others found them to be viscerally engaging experiences.

All a matter of preference.
