It's Don Mattrick's fault.
Ironically, Kojima Productions were the ones responsible for the cut scenes in Twin Snakes. So all the Snake aerial backflips and cartwheels are their doing.
Exactly. Phil's flip-flopping is astounding. First (at the beginning of 8th Gen) he says that single player games are pretty much dead and aren't Xbox's main priority. Yet, when he sees how much success Sony has had with single player driven games this gen, he now states that they are very crucial to Xbox's future.
If Series X flops at launch, expect people to try to spin at as somehow being Don Mattrick's fault.
Tekken x Street Fighter
Sony, quit messing around and bring back the Siren franchise.
Capcom's had a history 8th Gen with RE games running better (at launch, at least) on lesser hardware, for some reason. I.E., Revelation 2's framerate on vanilla PS4 running at times at nearly a fraction of that compared to vanilla Xbox One's, until it was patched.
Capcom's gonna Capcom.
Detroit and Beyond Two Souls are both Sony properties, as is Death Stranding.
Coming to Switch, PS4, nVidia Shied and N-Gage.
Gameplay looks just like Brotherhood of Violence 2.
Devil's Third Redux
Can't decide whether there's more apologists for Order 1886 or for Ryse: Son of Rome. Two very mediocre QTE heavy action games with short lenghts, which were propped up purely off the basis of them being exclusive to their platforms. Yet, both have strong cult followings strictly because they "look nice."
Dan Houser just resigned (effective in March) from Rockstar Games. Hear he's looking for a new home..
Gamespot openly admitted that their 7.5 review score of LO was based on an incomplete version of the game which featured bugs (i.e. frequent texture load-ins, long loading times in-between battles, etc.) that weren't prevalent in the retail version. Yet, they never tweaked their final score of the game to reflect the retail version, despite claiming that they soon would.
Hoping this doesn't get canceled, seeing as how this is Phil we're talking about.
Over a year in advanced to any official gameplay footage being show to the public, Phil was talking about how he was playing early build of Scalebound and having a blast. We all know how eventually ending up going..
Are you really surprised? This is coming from the same guys that scored the Silent Hill HD Collection a 9 out of 10.
Kinda reminiscent to the entire Bizarre Creations/MS situation. BC announced that they would be ending their partnership with MS and joining Activision as an in-house developer. BC proceeded to publicly oust MS as "Corporate & cocky" (their own worlds) and express with glee how enthusiastic they were to be in very caring hands at Activision. Only to have Activision announce that they would be closing down BC after only two games, unless the studio could find a potential buyer. W...
So Platinum to would like for MS to give them the rights for Scalebound for them to potentially complete and release on PS4/5 or Switch. Despite the fact that their upcoming Wonderful 101 remaster doesn't even have Xbox in thought?
Scalebound is completely MS. The game's story was even being penned by Halo writer Jospeh Staten. MS could have Ninja Theory or Obsidian complete the game as a next gen release if they wanted.
$599 US Dollars
You'd be surprised how far a fake nice smile can get you a pass.
