Where did you read that she hasn't worked since 2014? Just because an imdb profile shows an actor/actress' page being inactive in x amount of years, doesn't mean they haven't been working in the industry. IMDB isn't 100%.
Its well known that many VAs do work for commercials in addition to local theater to get by.
Couldn't keep up with all the user blocking, eh?
This is a bit off topic but are you willing to give Jennifer Hale the same criticism for her petitioning to cancel Six Days in Fallujah? Are you going to give the developers who are working tirelessly on that game (Highwire Games) the same gratitude as you are for Kamiya and Platinum?
If you'd ask me, petitioning to have a game canceled is far more extreme than asking for people to boycott one. At least with a boycott, people actually have a choice in the matter.
Seeing as how Kamiya consistently comes across as a thin-skinned airhead on social media (devoid of any criticism), I'm more inclined to acquiesce to Hellena's current stance of the matter.
Heck, he's probably blocked me and I don't even have a twitter account.
The game has only been announced for XS and PC. Hence, it's GP shovelware. Once it gets confirmed for PS5, it'll become an overnight GOTY contender (ala The Medium), mainly due to gimmicky dualsense features.
Of course it does. It gives EA more justification for the $70 price-tag.
Some of you are acting like this some kind of new phenomenon with COD. They've (Activision) been using celebs in COD promos for ages now. The live action trailers for Ghosts featured Megan Fox, Jonah Hill, RDJ and Sam Worthington.
Now, you're just making up numbers. Over 30% of Horizon 2's sales were from PS4. Whereas, Elden Ring sold twice as many units on PS4 in Japan than it did on PS5.
Lets not get ahead of ourselves here. Callisto and RE4 Remake are coming out to last gen. From what we've seen thus far, can you can honestly say that they look any less impressive (visually) than DS:R?
Not to mention how for Top Gun: Maverick, they tried forcing Paramount to remove and replace the Taiwanese flag from Tom Cruise's jacket with a Chinese one (on top of other insane demands), to which Paramount was like "F-this" and didn't even bother releasing the film in China.
Suikoden trading card game.
Still holding out hope that Prey 2 (to Prey 2006) one day gets released. The game was literally complete and is just collecting dust in one of Bethesda's vaults.
Valve cant count to three.
Outside of the fact that companies such as NetEase and Tencent are funded by the CCP, a major issue is the notion that Chinese multinational corps can seeming buy up stock or even force a hostile takeover of a foreign entity (if they're publicly traded) because they have the funds to do so. Yet, an outside entity wouldn't be able to do the same to them because their government (CCP) won't allow it.
It's not an even playing field. You're not going to see MS, Sony ...
They called it an NG successor because the development is led by Itagaki and ex Team Ninja devs who worked on NG2.
Notice the Devil's Third vibes.?
If they end up anything like the latest Saint's Row (yes, Deep Silver is owned by Embracer), count me out.
Saudi Arabia just recently invested 1 billion into Embracer. Keep in mind they did so through their sovereign wealth fund, which is spearheaded by Mohammad bin Salman.
Daikatana 2
Unfortunately true. For every decent PT inspired experience like Visage, you'll have about fifty generic walking sims (masquerading as Psychological horror) stinking up the storefronts.
They could make something focused around the Inori Aizawa character, using influence by that anime advert that Microsoft Singapore put out nearly a decade ago. https://www.youtube.com/wat...
