The Wii has a fair share of games, sadly overshadowed by tons of shovelware, but hell if the GameCube didn't had of the best games of that gen. It was glorious.
I own a PS3, so I enjoy online for free as well, and pay 50$ for my controller. Hell, it's my main console.
The problem is that I hate Motion Controllers. Don't eat everything Sony throws at you, lil' fanboy.
Okay, thank you for those who replied. Good, then. Not looking too different from the first one, and that's a good thing.
There's no electricity meter? If not, casual much, don't you think?
Step 1: Get 100$ to waste on overpriced motion controllers
Step 2: Waste them on a store.
Step 3: Get a casual game with a bundle
Step 4: Notice that it doesn't has interesting games
Step 5: Regret your purchase
That's it, folks!
I'd rather buy Vanquish (oh and belive me, I AM going to buy it) than MoH or Fallout: New Vegas.
But yes, you're right. They shouldn't have released it on October.
But destined to failure? Pffhaha. Or well, so I'd like to belive that they aren't.
You gotta be joking.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. SoC, as far as it goes, it's of the few FPS I enjoy playing.
...The lack of launch games?
It might get better, don't get me wrong, but as how it is right now, I don't see a reason on why to waste 100$ on some Motion Controller.
It's silly to only check Metacritic and use that to see if the game is "good or not".
It's silly.
It's funny, because it's more fun than 90% of the Third Person Shooter games out there. The game punishes you for taking cover at the end of the stage, you have to keep moving, enemies come, jump at you, it just was fun.
You HAVE to admit the whole Demo was actually freaking cool, and the gameplay was awesome, also, it is somewhat unique.
I mean, how many games out there let you rocket-slide at a boss, while he's firing hunreds of missiles at you, as well as using lazer cannons that explode with time, and having enemies that when are low on health come close to you and self-destruct near you, and then you slow-mo all of it and try taking down a few fellas while dodging so you won't di...
So, you're not gonna buy a game because it lacks AA?
Oh wow.
Even more when the graphics are actually pretty good.
It felt like a mix between a Third Person Shooter and a fast paced action game.
Dodging, slow-mo, etc, with cover, shooting of course, the constant pressure of your suit overheating, and there was some degree of challenge- taking more in account those are pretty much the first missions of the game.
This is what every developer should do for those who have SDTVs.
If you can call it a "game"...
Ah whatever, I enjoyed it, but it's no more than a movie with QTEs.
Indeed, I shall see for myself.
Other previews of the Demo have said that the game is, in fact, pretty awesome. Perhaps he toned down the difficulty or something? Because it seems so.
Anyways, gotta try the demo for myself.
The differences are few. As I said in another comment, it's like British and American english.
It was surprisingly and incredibly fun.
