Aw that sucks, oh well as long as it comes out I'm happy.
And I bet we will get Totori by 2011 with AT3.
After all, this is the kind of game that if it wasn't for NISA it wouldn't leave japan.
I also want a Xenogears remake...please?
SMT Strange Journey is considered SMT 4, they just didn't put "SMT 4 Strange journey" Because they aimed for a global market this time, and we didn't got to see SMT 1 and 2 here in the US.
Yeah, well...actually the exploration is nothing like exploring a big world. It's just a few areas that are fields, nothing too great TBH. I kept playing because people was like "ZOMG U MUST PLAY DIS TILL CHAPTER 13 CUZ DEN DERE'S FREEDOM!" But...nothing too special...
Seriously, this game sucks.
3DDGH is on a disc and it's 5$ less than this...
Yeah I'm not gonna cry for 5 bucks, but c'mon. I was thinking of buying it for PS3 if it was 30$ or something like that (Then I wouldn't mind the large download) but now I'm just gonna buy it for my 360.
Also to all the dumbass fanboys saying "LOL IT'S TEH 360 FAULT" if it WAS the 360 fault, then howcome the port for the 360 sucks?
Seriously, the game sucked because it sucked. It was designed for the PS3 that way anyways, and it wouldn't change.
What happened to FFXIII? It wasn't a cool JRPG.
Those who are saying it's "good" or "awesome" or whatever, the game doesn't deserves even an 8 (wich for games of that caliber is "average").
No towns, no world map, no exploration, no thrill, just a tunnel with auto battles and crappy storyline that even SE doesn't knows what the hell they did there. Also pretty bland characters, and overall, just a BAD game.
Before you start saying: LOLZ U DIDN'...
Sorry but Avatar was nothing special, it felt like "Sci fi for mainstream dumbasses that like shiny stuff LOLZ!"
It was horrible TBH.
Persona 4 deserves a spot here.
The beggining was just talking and talking and talking and talking...
I'd love to see Xenogears on PSN.
No 3D dot game heroes?
Anyways I'll be picking up 3DDGH, Alan Wake, Red Dead Redemption and Mod Nation Racers.
Replace FFXIII with Resonance of Fate and we're cool.
I agree with you, the game combat is one of the bests a RPG could have, it's pretty challenging, and it's fun. Also, the three main characters are memorable, and even when it doesn't has a story attached to it, the game made me laugh and made me like those characters.
You fellows don't get it do you? It's a game about the three consoles having a war against piracy in the fashion of moeblobs. Seriously don't type just after seeing the title.
Edit: By the way the main character, Neptune, represents one of sega's consoles that didn't make it out to the market.
ZOE! ZOE! Please ZOE!
Don't cry over it dude, it's still a great score.
It seems like it's a great game, glad I already pre-ordered it!
So...a perfect score? Nice.
Fanboyism aside, I normally don't even feel ANYTHING for a movie- that is, aside from stuff like The Hurt Locker, but mostly books are the ones that win in storytelling. Even so, in a game, for example, a RPG, you get more attached to the characters that you'll ever be with movies or novels (leaving TV shows aside, because on those you can get pretty attached to some characters as well). Proof of this is Mass Effect, Dragon Age, FF, Valkyria Chronicles, etc.
Tsk tsk sega...I myself bought both Yakuza 3 and RoF, buying RoF over FFXIII and I don't regret it. It's such an awesome game, I hope it'll be like Valkyria Chronicles and sell more copies with time. Same goes for Yakuza, since I want Y4 stateside.
That sucks for you, but sadly Gust won't port it to the 360.
They're pretty much Sony fanboys
