People can seed from you? You are pretty new to this beer two beer stuff, eh?
Second game was good as well, but it lacked the great new york minute mode. Well, it did have something called that, but it was twisted and completely different than the one in the prequel.
If you have never played through Max Payne 1 in New York Minute mode, you know not what adrenaline is. I've never had a more intense gaming experience.
You are on a gamer's website, idiot. You go outside and complain about whatever.
Why are there still people comparing L4D with sports games? The first iteration of a sports game doesn't come only with half the teams. L4D is lacking content. PERIOD. They have to fix this first before they can demand money for a sequel.
BTW: Even if the situation was the same with sports games (which it isn't), weighing bad up with bad doesn't make good.
Hehe, a mario sidescrolling mmo, now that would be great. I'd play a koopa.
Wow, you have personally looked at the spec sheet. Very convincing. And you try to weaken my argument by calling it opinion?
Actually, Microsoft has to get it right this time. Another hyped and non-delivering DX version and many developers will start to look at alternatives, if they haven't begun already.
I have high hopes for this game. If Bioware really manages to put some story in it, that separates it from the "go get me 20 wolf pelts"-mmorpgs out there, it might even become a commercial success.
Money?
Do you remember the claims that were made for DX10? MS said it would be 8 times faster at the same graphics quality than DX9. It is not even twice as fast as DX9.
Microsoft is a marketing company. Never believe ANYTHING they say about their own products. I'll believe in DX11's prowess when I see it running on my machine.
I still think they will offer it for free or a bargain for existing l4d 1 customers...
It's too early to get angry.
Actually, it had pretty good graphics. It even supports DX10, and was the second game to do so, after Lost Planet, IIRC.
Maybe because real people don't have blurred areas around their genitals? You know, it's called the sims, like in simulation...
Even more gadgets? AVP2's predator already had lots of gadgets, especially with the addon. I hope they make the predator stronger again, more like in AVP1, where 1 predator could easily take on 3-4 marines in multiplayer.
@terrandragon: It's a bit difficult to see gameplay in 20 seconds...
A crap game that is played by a quarter million people. But yeah, I'm also not too fond of it, although I wouldn't call it a crap game.
It sucks that JG:E is delayed, though, I have high hopes for this one.
If apple entered console business, the common fanboys we have to deal with would be far overshadowed by something too terrible to even conceive: apple console fanboys! There, I named the devil, armageddon will follow.
Yeah, it's kind of daring to put that heading over this article. The test only features a very specific application (video transcoding), and to deduct a general superiority from that is just fanboyism.
BTW: Killzone 2 is nowhere near Crysis in terms of requirements.
I hope Jumpgate Evolution won't be good, otherwise it's gonna slice into my freetime like a knife into hot butter...
They are already shifting towards consoles. You can see it in some gameplay design choices, e.g. the energy orbs instead of potions.
How can you compare child pornography, where real children are hurt and mentally damaged forever, with a computer game?
