You're trying to bash UC4 for what he did to it, yet it it one of the best games of the generation. The expansion/DLC for it and TLOU were some of the great add-ons for single player games this generation as well.

1080p is the most common resolution on Steam at 63%. Only 2.14% use 4K. The percentage would be even smaller for those with 4K and 60fps. So, no... it isn't common.
RTX 2080 TI can't even guarantee 4K/60 and that thing cost $1200.
Underpowered systems hold back developers. It isn't as simple as "lowering the resolution".
Why do Xbots want a Series S "Lockhart"? If they don't move into next gen fully, they will never put out true next-gen games exclusives for another 5-6 years. Do you all not understand that? They've already made the mistake of promising to keep putting out titles on X1.
