From what I've seen, Xbox 360 customers are FAR more satisfied than PS3 customers. One group is actually playing games and enjoying their console while the other group fills the comments sections with bitter and hateful comments, grasping on to any tiny little thing to put down Microsoft and/or the Xbox 360.
On another article, someone commented (and I quote):
"uc3 is much better than gays of war 3"

So you think the games with the most pre-orders (Gears of War 3, Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3, AC: Revelations, Skyward Sword, Skyrim, etc.) aren't going to be the biggest selling games of the year? Pre-orders are a great indication of how well a game will sell.

Why do we only think of video games when we hear rumors of a Microsoft/Sony partnership? Microsoft and Sony are involved in far more areas than gaming, especially Sony.
Both Microsoft and Sony have released their numbers for the first quarter of 2011 (Jan - Mar).
Microsoft reported 2.7 million 360 sales, bringing the 360's worldwide total to 53.6M.

How can you possibly take these numbers seriously when VGChartz undertracked the 360 by a whopping 200,000 UNITS!!!! in the US alone for June?

GTA IV's Liberty City is still the most meticulously detailed open world I have ever seen. Once block in that game has more detail than some other games' entire cities.
Seriously, this is unheard of! Half a million in June with no big releases and next to no exclusive games. Not even Kinect games! And they sold more than last June when the new slimmer model had just released. How is this even possible?!
The 360 didn't even sell this many units in the NPD for September of last year during Halo: Reach's release. This is unbelieveable!

If a game has 10X as many pre-orders as another game, than it is going to outsell it. Maybe not by 10X but by A LOT. Of course many people don't pre-order. But that goes for both games. You'd only have a point if the article was comparing Gears' total sales to Uncharted's pre-order numbers. Then you could say that Uncharted will sell far more than its pre-orders. Are you suggesting that people who are not fans of the Gears of War series are going to pre-order it just because they don't have other games to play (even though they have dozens upon dozens to play)?
Exclusive games do not compete solely with other exclusive games. Uncharted 3's biggest competitors will be BF3, MW3, and Skyrim, not Resistance. The same goes for Gears of War 3. It will mainly be competing with multiplatform titles, not Forza 4.
You pay for Xbox LIVE to have BY FAR the most streamlined and feature-rich online service on any console. You're not only paying to play online. Of all the things you can argue about in the console wars, there really is nothing to debate when it comes to who has the best online service. Even some of the worst PS3 fanboys would just admit Xbox LIVE is superior in that regard, although the PS3 fanboys here on N4G truly do seem to be in a league of their very own.

GTA IV is by far my favorite game of this gen and I can't wait for GTA V. There really is no game series that gets more people hyped and digging for even the tiniest little snippets of information. I call it "GTA fever". And there's a feeling in the air...
This is setting the game up for failure calling it a "GTA beater" just like calling Killzone "a Halo killer".
