That's strange. I had more fun simply experimenting with GTA IV's Euphoria physics engine, pushing people down staircases and off cliffsides, than I have had with the entirety of any other open world game this gen (excluding Red Dead Redemption).
GTA IV was his first GTA game and he is old enough to write articles?
As long as they take their time with their games and continue to publish masterpieces like Grand Theft Auto IV, Red Dead Redemption, L.A. Noire, and Max Payne 3, then I'll never have a bad thing to say about them. Their titles just OOZE with quality from every pore. The only games I ever get truly hyped for anymore are Rockstar games.
My favorite new franchises would have to be:
Gears of War
BioShock
Uncharted
Crackdown
Assassin's Creed
Dead Space
Alan Wake
*insert "arrow in the knee" joke here*
Damn, Microsoft is already raking in the dough, but now they are really going to be raking it in!
Damn, why can't Bethesda do the same for Microsoft and understand us 360 gamers? We just had The Witcher II, Trials Evolution, and FEZ all release in the same week and now they announce this Skyrim DLC too! How are we supposed to keep up? If only we were as lucky as PS3 owners to have an extra 30 days to wait for the DLC so we could catch up on other titles. Bethesda really gives us 360 owners the short end of the stick. :(
Microsoft always scores exclusive deals for games I'm interested in; Grand Theft Auto, Fallout, The Elder Scrolls... I'm a happy gamer!
Bad timing to put down the Xbox 360's lineup when it recently had three AAA titles release in the span of a week (Fez, Trials Evolution, and The Witcher II), none of which appear on the PS3.
This is pretty hilarious though to see people clinging to this article. The headline pulls the only good piece of info the article presented for the PS3. So if you believe this research, then surely you must also believe these other quotes from the article:

I enjoy Red Dead Redemption's "bird people" glitch.

I sure hope Microsoft would not sink so low as to have a Smash Bros. clone.
VGChartz numbers are so far off, it is absolutely pathetic. As of 12/31/2011, Microsoft reported 65.8 million 360 units sold and Sony reported 62 million PS3 units sold. Now here we are 4 months later, and VGChartz has the 360 at 65.8M, implying it has sold 0 units in the past 4 months. More realistically, they have the PS3 at 63.8M, implying it has sold 1.8M units in the past 4 months.
Now I'm sure the PS3 is outselling the 360 in weekly sales as it always does at this t...
Actual, believe it or not, TODAY is GTA IV's fourth birthday. It released on 4/29/2008. Today is 4/29/2012.
I don't even use my Xbox 360 anymore either, it is just collecting dust*.
*Not really, but I'm just trying to fit in better here on N4G.
I just put myself through utter hell completing Call of Duty 2 on Veteran simply for the achievements. What is wrong with me?
I doubt it. Last we heard of Agent, the Sony rep could not even confirm it was a PS3 exclusive any longer.
I totally 100% agree with GTA IV being in first place, but my list would have Red Dead Redemption right behind it in second place.
Max Payne 3 all the way, baby!
Yeah, it's not smart to release all these games at the same time. The Xbox 360 just saw three AAA titles release in the span of one week; Fez, The Witcher II, and Trials Evolution. Had they released farther apart, I would have gotten all of them day one, but for now I just went with Fez and the other two went on the backburner.
And I think we'll see GTA V at neither Sony's conference nor Microsoft's conference.
