Since Sony got away with it Nintendo thinks they can do the same.
It's pretty amazing how one PS3 fanboy says the PS3 can download when off and the other says it can't.
By the way the 360 can continue downloading even when it's completely off, I don't see why Sony can't do it.
You can't download anything while the system is off, do you even have a PS3? When you're downloading something you can choose to have the system turn off automatically after the downloads finished but you can't download anything when it's completely off.

Why would this be impossible to do?
That won't happen with consoles but it will with Smart-phones. Portable consoles would have to be packed with the latest and greatest tech at the time into a small package right out the door which is completely impossible and is unheard of.
That's like telling AMD to ship the Radeon 7000 in chip like form factor right out the door which as I said before is impossible. Since Smart-phones advance every year they'll most likely become portable consoles.

You don't need to keep on updating your PC every year you simple minded little child, the ones who do update every year are firstly: people who have a job, and secondly people who choose to and can afford to do it every year.
I can guarantee you that my newly built Gaming PC will be outperforming both the PS4 & Xbox 3 for many years.

Well if that's the case then the next Xbox should be called Xbox 360 as well, heck even Sony should have just called it the PlayStation 360 lol.
Xbox 2 would have done just fine and no people wouldn't have though it's inferior to the PS3, since the Xbox brand itself is younger than PlayStation so just the name 'Xbox' has a fresh new and hip vibe to it.

GT3 is actually more than GT5, only a true fan of the series would know that though.

Racing in reality is fast, furious and fun. Racing in GT5 can at times be the most boring experience on planet earth.
I think UC3, GeOW 3, Crysis 1&2, Resistance 3, RAGE & BF3 all show that this gen has pretty much come to a close. Next year will just be about squeezing out as much juice as you can.
