Shouldn't a Wii game ported to the 3DS look better than a game built from the ground up on a PSP? the Wii and 3DS are still technically better than the PSP so your argument makes no sense and is invalid.

The 3DS version of MGS3 looks worse than the PS2 version so please keep your mouth shut if you don't know anything. There was a comparison done awhile ago and it pretty much proved it.
The 3DS doesn't have higher ppi than the Vita and compared to the 5" OLED screen the 3DS is blurry. The new HD version of MGS3 looks much better than both the 3DS and PS2 versions and it's the HD version that's coming to the Vita.

ACiT was good? ACiT is the only R&C that I've only played through once and that's because it got pretty boring, every other R&C game I've played more than ten times.
And personally I think TOD looks better than ACiT, I seriously don't know why IG went a bit cell-shaded, but the good thing is that they never made it look too cell-shaded like Borderlands.

MGS3 has to be the best in the whole franchise. I remember being in complete awe at the graphics, I used to print out images of the game before it released and show them to my friends lol.
I really don't see why people say GOW2 is the best looking PS2 game, the first time I saw GOW2 I wasn't nearly as impressed as I was with MGS3.

The jaggies and bad textures will probably make this unplayable for me like most multiplatform titles this gen, and R* you don't need to confirm to us that it's all %100 in-game since it doesn't look that good anyway and it's pretty obvious.
