i live in the UK and i have both a US Account and a JPN Account, the UK PS store is freekin slow as hell, but the US n JPN r realy fast. I think its cus the japanese n americans had enough time to downloade the UPDATE, but in the UK people r just cumin back from collage and work and there all UPDATING at the same time so it could be cus of that
dont matter if i missed out i live in the UK so i'll get my beta key free, i also have a japanese beta KEY

if u get 10% done and then it crashes, u then off n on the PS3 go on the beta again the installing should carry on from where i left of right!!
