It's extremely buggy, they're trying to fix bugs with some of the updates, there's lots more you can see vids of. The visual presentation, all the clipping, physics bugs, half the stages look very low quality with textures and polycounts. Some stages look worse than others also, more inconsistency with visual presentation.

It's kind of weird, because their main reason of simplifying the mechanics and starting back from scratch was to cater to the casuals and getting a wider audience back. Then in the same breath, in the name of catering to pros and esports they really hurt everyone by rushing the game out to where it's buggy, unoptimized, low on visual presentation consistency and super bare bones content.

This is pretty late. The FC4 is out of stock right now on Amazon, so it's back to $50 for the moment there through Hori. The Mortal Kombat X Pad has crap reviews, I wouldn't recommend it.
The FC4 I got a few weeks ago, been using it for SFV, it's definitely worth it. I actually rather it over the $180 Hori RAP V Hayabusa(Silent) I just returned to Amazon for the square button crapping out on it.
Oh snap, they got the lil Freddy Krueger. I use to use the big dude with the ball 'n chain in Capcom vs SNK 2:EO 'n lil Freddy was his partner for certain special moves.
Yeah, it still sucks though. It has such a following, and so much potential.

I don't think it would hurt if it was a great game. It would still look cartoony in animation and style too, there's no way around it, it's part of it's DNA. Whether it was cell-shaded or more realistic CG, it would be cartoony style animation and the story and world would still be Jak and Daxter. I don't think there's any fans that would be against it coming back because of the art style used, knowing that Naughty Dog is behind the wheel.
Man, how come Naughty Dog doesn't just give in to the fans and bring back Jak and Daxter? If this game does good, they should learn from Insomniac and just do it. Their reasoning was so stupid to me, about going for realistic games now. There's no reason you can't do both. It's not too kiddy, and the last one was a cool openworld RPG style that was really fun. Stop playing around Naughty Dog.
Hopefully, that Fable Legends game was the one that had me a little jealous of X1 owners. MS and their nonsense. I'd really like to see how that game pans out, gfx and stuff look really nice.
Except when it comes to the paywall to get online. PS3 you still don't, but PS4 you have to have PS+ to play multiplayer games. Very big anti-consumer backstep.
I gotta say, there's tons of vids I'll try to play on PS4 and they won't run, but they do on PS3. So, I still have my PS3 hooked up mainly for this reason.

I had a Hori RAP V Hayabusa(Silent) since the end of last August, the square button crapped out on it just after SFV came out though, :( . Luckily Amazon let me return it 3 months later, but I decided not to get another since I don't trust the build quality anymore. I got the Hori Fighting Commander 4 gamepad, and so far I'm happy with it.
