I always think of how weird it is that Breath of Fire gets absolutely no attention. Imagine if they did a action RPG version of Breath of Fire that was on the level of FF XV, but not just hold-the-button action combat, actually timing combos like Skyforge, Black Desert, or any fun action game. I just contacted Amazon, cuz I built a computer last month. I had a used 980ti I put in there, it seemed to have a bit of coil whine. So, I just chatted with them to get it returned, they're giving me advanced gift credit so I can order and receive a 1080 first, then swap it out 'n return the 980 Ti. Come on 27th!!!
The architecture would need to be similar to XO/PS4 to make it easiest to get multiplats, not the power. It'd make more sense to have as much power as possible. It's pretty sad that they're coming out like 3 years after XO/PS4 and might still not be as powerful as PS4, which isn't that powerful.

"Why wouldn't they?" Maybe because the install base of the base PS4 will always be insanely higher than the install base of a PS4.5. Developers are about making $$$, not supporting the strongest platform, otherwise PC would always rule. So, it'll be the opposite of what you think, PS4.5 will get just the default upgrade it gets for running the software on the stronger hardware in most cases, while the base PS4 will still be the lead platform.
