bungie always had amazing tech in their engines.
I still find is amazing that the original halo 3 (the reveal) trailer was actually in engine, I'd love to see what bungie could produce for PC's.
it's got temporal AA.
I can't believe he used gay as a pejorative. We'll I won't be buying any games from their studio, they obviously have no class.
Also maybe people are sick of playing as anti social criminals. GTA, mafia, saints row, yakuza, true crime, the godfather, the list goes on.
i always thought killzone was designed for little kids, especially considering the amount of swearing the script had.
that said, bill gates has donated more money to charity then any other public figure or ceo. I don't remember hearing that sony ceo doing anything near as moral with his earnings.
Honestly, that's one of the most retarded trolling comments I've read.
it's also amazing to see cod4 up there, even with 2 new sequels being released.
Natural selection rts-fps hybrid.
you mean one of harper's backward conservative hicks? canada doesn't care, they just say that shit to go along with whatever fox news says.
new weapons on the covenant side include:
plasma repeater
focus rifle
needle rifle
plasma launcher
concussion rifle
new human weapons include:
DMR
grenade launcher
target locator
so there's a couple new weapons.
not really.
there's also a mongoose racing, griffball, etc.
1.There is very little customization with regards to campaign, multiplayer, or challenges. In reach for example everything can be modified, the campaign has skulls, firefight has skulls, multiplayer has varients and adjustable options, forge etc. I'd love to set up some custom sc2 games where I can limit buildings, change build times etc, like i can in reach. In fact if blizzard handed over those options to the community the hardcore fanbase could just balance out the game for them. Much ...
I find that halo does a pretty decent job of ensuring a level playing field in match making, so when 1 person quits the game usually takes a hard turn for a one sided rape fest.
It's not as bad in games where player are constantly swapping in and out, or if the team size is quite large.
touted as the first halo killer, it was an ugly, buggy, mess with a bad story, and even worse gameplay.
Seriously man, what?
I'd take it with a grain of salt.
just like you can play as nazi's in countless ww2 games
the vietcong in countless vietnam games
the russians
the japanese
etc.
I think they could learn a lot from making an off road rally game, or an arcade racing game. The mechanics and ideas that they can develop in those titles can then be used to improve on their forza formula.
Also, bring back the drivatar.
It might just be me, but the last 2 comparisons images the ps3 camera is closer to the character and the environment, which may account for the texture issues, with lod and all that.
I'd take a large scale war scene with slightly worse graphics over some linear corridor shooter with slightly better graphics any day of the week.
for starters AA is AA. Second it's in effect during then entire game, not just in multiplayer, something you'd know if you owned the actual game. (not just lied about owning the game)
Also, the game does run at hd resolution, up-scaled yes, but that doesn't change the fact that it's in an hd resolution. You never said anything about the native resolution.
