I take that as a good thing since most people say that halo 3 is halo 2.5.
Which means that halo reach is a full jump from halo 3.
They shouldn't need a reason to defend anything.
I think halo 3/odst are some of the best looking titles this generation, but the lack of AA really takes away from how good the games look. I mean browsing through the screenshots/rendered movies you get a really good look at how impressive and versatile the engine really is. Specially the lighting and material system. If only they could fix some of the mip-mapping issues, some textures, and models.
Halo's designed around the arcade shooter at heart, referencing classics like quake and unreal with it high jump, man cannon, deathmatch style.
IMO the only way that halo can go wrong is if they make it into a modern warfare clone, where people focus more on perks and upgrades then tactics and skill. And where camping and spamming becomes the focus of the game.
It's an addictive title, and I might be alone on this but I really hope they make the sequel.
They just need to finish the game this time, make it so you don't have to watch the Valkyrie death cutscene, scale back the difficulty some, and balance out the classes more. (honestly, you cannot beat the game as a beserker without dying at least 1500 times from those rockets).
Also they need to make it so you can't take damage during a finisher, those become a necessity in...
I'm saying that greenburg said it'd sell more in NA on the 360.
Why don't people know how to read?
Why would greenburg say that the game would sell more on the 360 when the game isn't even releasing in japan, arguably the largest market for the game? honestly.
Zelda:tp is the last nintendo game that i felt was more fun playing it on your own rather then in a party setting. Even NSMBwii was best played with a bunch of friends.
but people on this site first accuse and blame before actually reading.
He's saying that he sucks, that he knows he sucks and that his ignorance in the title is the joke.
honestly, when have you ever heard the phrase 'Am i doing it wrong' without being in parody to something? And how can you take it seriously when is accompanied by a video such as that?
and here's a quote from the actual article:
"Sure, it's great. The control is tight ...
That's the whole point.
take it with a grain of salt buuut.

14 project natal games for release. Rare's gotta be working on something, and we sure as hell haven't seen or heard much from them recently. Same goes for mistwalker.
He said he's loving it, and he's having a blast.
But that he's having more fun acting like an idiot in it than actually driving.
Edit, I assume the disagree is because i proved that people would rather bash anyone who says anything even remotely negative against sony then actually read the article?
like the 360 cant do the visuals of the ps3... or the 360 will never out sell the ps3 in europe... or the 360 will never have the support of square enix... or the 360 only does shooters...
I could go on too.
But I don't see how this relates to this article.
I believe.
The game isn't even releasing for the 360 in japan.
but what's your point?
You're not actually making any sense in your post... Just saying. And it's definitely not related to the article at all.
I think it was money.
MS more then likely just contracted and bought a lot of the 'exclusives' from square to ensure the release of ff13 on the 360. I bet that MS is also fronting a lot of the advertising costs for the release of ff13 on the 360 too.
all money.
are people surprised by this?
I'm sure nintendo and MS also have unannounced exclusives under development. If they didn't they'd be in a lot of trouble.
think of it like a side story to halo more so then a 'prequel'.
My take on the story is that the spartan III's have been sent in to find research related to the spartan II program, clear any data on earth, find any tech research and search for other spartans.
It'd be interesting to see a mash-up of the two genres.
Like if mistwalker and Bioware created an rpg together. I wonder what it'd be like.
