edit:
some moded crysis examples
kinda ironic since bioshock = system shock 2: underwater edition.
this is just a full conversion mod for crysis. They got permission from MS to create the game.
the 360/pc game is just called Mechwarrior, it's being developed by piranha games and smith and tinker (the founder is jordan wiesman, creator of the battletech series).

I think being able to attach a car to a building via bungee cables then using it as a slingshot to be kinda unique... but that's just me.
halo reach, fable 3 and mechwarrior all missing on that list.
why do you feel that way?
one of the best xbox games ever made.
i expected it to be far more jittery and laggy but if it's any indication of how natal might perform then I'm extremely impressed.
if it's real.
I personally thought it was how boring the game was.
Honestly it's 1 dragon, 1 set of attacks, and 5 - 6 different things to do in the exact same environment, over and over and over.
Personally i think they should make phantom dust 2. That game was phenomenal.
Because I used this exact same tactic on HHG a while ago to prove that he'll do a story on anything.
I referenced a videoblog of Johnny lee chung, wii headtracking guy, about a new possible controller system that MS might be developing.
Lo and behold he turned it into a full story.
there's another one that has a car reaching 3500km/h,
but that's what happens when people with a 32 bit modem play online racing games. =/
the games netcode updates the cars position, but it has to do it in real-time, so for that 1 second the car is forwarded to the correct position but at a phenomenal speed, the car that gets hit happens to be get bumped by the previous car and booom.
I don't know any other artist that uses something other than an intuos or cintiq.

because the gpu version of the larrabee chip is DOA.
Aslo I doubt they would throw ATI under the bus after having a strong relationship for both the gamecube and wii, my bet is that the next nintendo console will actually use a variant of the current 360 processor. Or possibly they'll use some form of mobile chip like the 'pine trail', tegra, or an IMGR t...
where they had the ps3 outselling the 360 in America by well over 200k?
Just look at regular multiplatform games, they all have their own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to the console they're running on. If square enix decides to use the full strength of the ps3, then ports a lesser 360 version what does it matter?
fanboys really crack me up.
like what about sony saying that their motion controller will be better then both natal and the wii? that seems like bragging. Or the sony confirms exclusive lineup that was recently on the site.
fanboys are such hypocrites.
they created some of those mutants.
you're not looking all that good yourself, bubblewise.
Back in the day you held a good 8 bubbles or so, kinda shocking to see you at 5.
Until it's released.
I mean if it pulls a Halo:CE and ends up being THE reason to own an xbox then no, it's not overhyped. If it pulls a Halo 3 and ends up being just a good expansion on already existing tech, but signaled as the second coming of christ, then yes.
also, this article is mixing up exposure with hype. Just because MS is putting in a large ploy to get the product onto peoples radar, doesn't make it hyped. If MS was marketing it as a brand new console wh...
