stiff competition from Sega? lol
they gave Bayonetta, which was one of their best games, to Nintendo. They dropped Yakuza 5 localization which is one of their best selling niche games in the west because the game has too much text (they don't even dub it for god's sake). They sent the Valkyria Chronicles franchise to die without any marketing at all, and the same with Vanquish. They killed Shining Force and Sakura Wars. Sega has absolutely nothing worth playing anymor...
"That’s a stupid idea, Sony doesn’t know how to make hardware. Why would we want to do this?"
Sega has be making bad decisions since always! Japan alone and Sonic fans from the west is what has kept this company afloat for all this time.
or alternate futures.
it will look prettier on PC but it will be the same game.
easily one of the best JRPG franchises ever created but for some reason almost nobody has played it. Probably because they are not as flashy as FF or as dark and stylistic as SMT's, but the truth is that Suikoden games always deliver good stories and amazing gameplay. Even the games that are considered the worst in the franchise, Tactics and IV, are actually very good games too.
My rank would be:
II
III
I
V
Tactics
...
how they work doesn't matter. The X360 was on par with the PS3's more powerful hardware through all this gen.
it will be open-world games in the future.
"Over 300X more CPU Power"
do you realize the PS3 CPU is more powerful than the one on the PS4?
the key thing are the games.
Kotaku readers really are harsh! Some of them are calling the poor guy a low life and even a little s***t that should stay in jail... For writing a stupid comment. More than half of N4G users would be in jail right now if this were the case. XD
they went from bad to worse. The Xbox brand is doomed.
not if you're desperate.
edit: forget it, I see there are many bidders already. Those people are definitely idiots.
like Uncharted, is not about the plot but the acting and characters. There is absolutely nothing like it in video games. This game is one of a kind.
only if you ignore the indies.
read the article!
F*** the mid-tier!
the point is not if you're connected or not but that it was a requirement to render your console useless if it wasn't present or if you did something that upset them. They wanted to kill the physical format to then proceed to control everything from their point. You sell a game? Then you sell it through a participant retailer approved by them. That game was no longer yours, you were just renting a license not even buying it.
MS only wanted to control you like a sheep ...
and then he says "consumers were uninformed". Wow, talking about delusions....
because gamers are not a single entity. We all are from different countries, with different cultures and with extremely different ways of thinking.
I'm gonna buy all the crash games!
edit: only EU and AU, meh.
