Me too. I'm pretty sure it's because of Windows 8 and because the other options to it are weak. You either fork a couple of thousand dollars for a MAC or use crappy Linux but then most of your programs will not even work and you'll be living your life by hunting down generic equivalents to Visual Studio, MS Office, etc.
And this is them monopolies because of no real competition to Windows.
if you're talking based on those screens then those are bullshots. Even at 1080p with x16 AA there are some jaggies around but these pics are obviously super-sampled and that's why they have no jaggies.
PS4 has 6 different bundles of which 5 are sold out.
Xbox One only has 2 and only 1 is sold out.
That's the difference for those finding things hard to comprehend. And another thing is, PS4's Standard Edition is on Top 10 while XB1's Standard Edition is nowhere to be seen, not even in Top 100.
you forgot the sarcasm tag. /s
if you have a PC then there is not doubt the best version, with the best visuals and stuff will be on PC. If I were you I would go for Killzone on PS4 and Watchdog on PC.
all the bundles are sold out.
of-course there is a difference! You can buy Persona 3 digitally on the PS3 but you can't play it from the PS2 disc.
@dlocsta, can you give a link of that magic trick you're talking about? Having full instant access to a game without a streaming service like Gaikai or remote play it's impossible.
lol no. The XB1 has no game streaming services like Sony's Gaikai so you still had to download your stuff in order to play it on a different machine.
well, it works with as many as you want as long as you deactivate the feature on your old console. But you can only have it activated on 2 consoles at the same time.
Like, if you know you'll be playing on a friend's house with your games then you deactivate the feature on your console and then activate it under the new account on your friend's PS3. It only takes a couple of seconds, just don't forget to deactivate from your friend's console because then yo...
if it's Ratchet then I only care if it's a reboot or something because we already have like 15 Ratchet games and they are all the same. Absolutely no innovation or anything that even tries to change the same old formula.
this is not even the final form. I bet that if you think a little harder you can still find many more legit complaints about why the PC is not the perfect gaming machine. Gaming on consoles is not just cons, it has its pros too.
this game looks so bad is sad. It's looking so archaic, methodical and boring it's crazy to think this is a next-gen game instead of a crappy indie made by a team of amateurs on their first shot at a game.
And if the game has more to offer than braindead brawling then Sony's already marketing it the wrong way with these weak demos.
yep. Too many 9's and 10's these days. WAAYYY too many of em. We need better people with a much wider understanding of gaming to give proper reviews and criticism. I'm tired of 7 being the average and anything below it being treated like the ultimate piece of crap.
If you think a game's average then at least rate it with a 4 or a 5 not a 7 (with the proper criticism of-course). I thought that was what Tom Chick was trying to do until he started to review crapp...
the preview in a nutshell: They are liking the game because it reminds them to Halo....
even if you can input commands manually or automatic the enemies have no weaknesses so there is no point or difference in choosing one or the other. It's all about building the stagger meter with magic/ravager and then hit hard with normal/commando attacks. That's all you do through the entire game until the post-game.
The game's battle system is not even fully realized until the post-game because that's when all the characters have access to all the roles. Bu...
Because of Uncharted, The Last of Us, Yakuza, Marvel vs Capcom 3, Valkyria Chronicles, etc. Because my friends are not on the PC. Because PC can be hooked to an HDTV but you still need keyboard and mouse. Because PC towers are huge and I don't have that kind of space under my TV. Because PC games are not as optimized as console games so you always run into issues where you need to be constantly checking on the latest drivers from Nvidia, AMD, etc. Because PC is mostly digital and I like t...
this guy has absolutely no shame. Trying to compare FF13's linearity to a fully realized world like FF7's which is like 10 bigger and with many more side-quests (not to mention towns). Even worse is that he lies about the linearity being present only on the first half when the truth is that after the Pulse chapter the game goes back to its corridor. -__-
There is so much wrong in this opinion piece that it would take a monumental wall of text to rectify all that nonse...
I don't think Sony would be making a fuss about a multiplat game.
only the Xbox One because it's so big.
