Next year I'll be playing The Last of Us, Beyond: Two Souls, God of War: Ascension, PSASBR, LBP Karting, Sly 4: Thieves In Time, GTA V, Dishonored, Watch Dogs, and hopefully The Last Guardian and Final Fantasy versus XIII among many others on my PS3. So yeah, guess I'll be "stuck" with my PS3 and TBH, I will be glad to.

And give up on future console exclusives? No thanks. Why does it even have to be one or the other? I prefer playing on all platforms I can, they all have their pros and cons. I'm tired of people trying to convince other people that their way is the only true way and objectively superior.

Well, yeah. There has been a lot of talk about how Sony doesn't advertise many things right. PSV having dual analogs is one of the points many people have said Sony should focus on in their ads, now they're finally doing it.

IMO it's not about exhausting the generation, it's about exhausting the gamers. We need more original ideas and lots of different kinds of games. Multiplayer-centric generic shooters will only get you so far. Games like Dishonored, The Last Guardian, GTA V & Watch Dogs are what I'm anticipating the most because because I know they'll have new kinds of gameplay, good stories and something different to do.
How about games with more puzzles, open worlds, adventures, good stories, good characters, lots of side missions, excellent stories? I'll take a game with any 3 of those combined over any military FPS game out there.
What change would going back to WW2 bring us? We've already been there and seen that and if we went back that way, it would still be the same boring military FPS BS; go there, kill them, destroy that, repeat. We need less generic shooters and more diverse...
No they are not. Even though more and more games are getting a multiplayer mode, there are still a lot of games which have the focus on single player mode. For example even though God of War: Ascension will have MP, I'm pretty sure most GoW fans want to buy it for the story and single player. I know I do.
