MGS3 was a prequel too. And the second best game in the series if you ask me. So there's no reason why there couldn't be a MGS5, since they can always go back to the past. Also Snake didn't die in the end of MGS4, so anything's possible.
And the sun will rise again tomorrow too. Thanks, Captain Obvious.
Oh crap! I hoped they would get easier... One thing I absolutely hate about this game, is that if I have Lightning as my main character, I can't tell Hope as a synergist to use Haste before casting Protect, Shell and others to speed things up... Or have him NOT use Faith on Fang or Bravery on Vanille. They're really not that smart controlled by the AI. I think XII had the best fighting system ever, I had so much fun playing around with gambits.
I've been playing FF XIII for 24 hours now and I'm only at chapter 8 (I know, I'm slow) and I have mixed feelings at this point. Even though I dislike the linearity, I don't hate it, that's for sure, because I'm a lore addict and the story is quite good so far. But it's not nearly as good as XII, VII or VIII either. (Yeah, I loved the hell out of VIII.) But I must say this could have and should have been better, and I completely agree with almost all these points i...
Have I been living in a cave or something? Didn't hear from this until the flood of reviews started coming in. Or is this a sleeper hit? Definitely going to check this out.
Are these really screenshots? Looks kind of cartoonish to me, but good.
And don't forget FF XII! Loved that game. Even though it had it's flaws (mainly Vaan), the free roaming and freedom in character development had me hooked straight from the start.
Well, why don't you, EA, go and develop your "games" on that overpriced brick, while the real developers develop GAMES for our PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, Vita & 3DS. It's a win-win, right?
Yeah, they should definitely include cars & guns in the box art. I asked my young brother-in-law if he's gonna get this, he asked me "is it an FPS? sounds like an FPS, and I'm tired of them." Though now that I explained it to him and showed some footage, he wouldn't miss on it.
But it's still lacking of the most important part of any gaming controller, buttons. It's like having a car with the most responsive movement, but no steering wheel or pedals.
Hopefully they actually improve the AI, instead of just buffing up the opponents and making them perfect counter-machines who can see the future and will never stay down longer than 3 seconds.
And also, bring back the body-damage indicators... At least as an option.
Agreed, Vita's not the best name out there, but it definitely is better than WIIII-UUUU-WIII-UUUU. Where's the fire?!
There's no "has to be" in localization, it's 100% optional...
I did enjoy Ultimate too, and haven't tried SD yet cause I've only had a PS3 for half a year and there are better games to play first that I've missed. So maybe I'll get that too.
A few screenshots at least, showing John Cena, The Miz, Alberto Del Rio and Randy Orton.

Pre-order incentives are a load of BS.
I just might get this, even if it gets bad ratings. I liked Spiderman 3 on PS2, and sometimes I feel like I'm the only person in the world who did.
Speaking of women in game development.. In Catalina's voice during a certain time of the month: "You will put pink ponies in that game or I'll blow your f***ing balls off!"
Don't take this too seriously, I don't have anything against women in game development or any other job for that matter.
Wii U sounds like an ambulances. WIII-UUUU-WIII-UUUU-WIII-UUUU. ..
What if it's also a toaster? That would make sence since the first models of 360 got pretty close.
