Totally saw this score coming. They've been crapping on the game ever since the first time they went hands on with it.

I'm a little disappointed that they decided to go the Lords of Shadow route, personally. Don't get me wrong, that style is fun as well, but I loved the DS trio. Dawn of Sorrow and Order of Ecclessia in particular are among the best games I've played in a long time.

I love how there's high leveled monsters pretty much everywhere. Makes the world so much more dangerous.

Hell, even facing groups of 5 or 6 enemies at once that have the same level range as you is too much to handle at times.

In this game, there's no shame in running. It really makes you pick your battles.

I think that it's possible for that to happen, but I think some people are going way overboard with their estimations as to when.

The money they have in reserves can't really be overstated. I think estimations were that they'd have to have their next 2 systems, not counting the Wii U, flop epically for them to be in serious proximity of that.

Even if Nintendo pulled out of the home console market, their handhelds must also fall off a cliff before ...

I kind of find this third party situation puzzling. I guess my main point is, what do publishers expect Nintendo fans to do with a bunch of titles ending in 2 and 3, when the prequel's never showed up on any Nintendo platform? The people who do have experience with these series likely have the 360/PS3 version due to the earlier release dates. So I'm not really understanding what expectations these companies had for these games.

That was real? Wow. I sort of blew it off during the presentation because I thought it was just a CGI demo. That's pretty awesome.

I literally laughed out loud when I saw the title. I decided to check the article out anyway, and it turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought. New info about the game will come, I'm sure. It's not like they're going to go completely dark.

When I read the title, I thought they wanted free content or something like that. That would be unbelievably stupid.

Still, though, the title just captures one of the more concerning trends this gen IMO.

I really want to play this game on a gamecube controller. Obviously, I have the Wii Version.

The Wii version was a good first attempt at motion controls. I liked some of its uses in TP. However, it became obvious that Zelda was meant for motion plus. There were so many times where the "Point the Wii remote at the screen" popped up despite doing just that and having good lighting. It got a little tedious. Maybe that was just me, though.

For Zelda U...

For me, there's a couple of things that kind of tie together.

I want them to keep doing what they did with Zelda. It's so refreshing when they actually give Zelda a personality. One of the main reasons why I loved Windwaker was because of how they handled Tetra/Zelda. While SS Zelda isn't as vivid in terms of personality, I liked how confident/sassy she was at times.

Another thing I want them to continue is the emphasis on Zelda and Link's rel...

I think I'm in a somewhat similar position. I'm very interested in getting a Vita. For me, it's just a matter of letting some games that I would buy accumulate. I'm a little gun shy, though. I tried getting into the PSP, but there wasn't really a lot that interested me at the time. So with the Vita, I want to be sure that there's going to be a good amount of stuff that I would really be interested in.

So that's my position. I'm interested, but ...

This E3 is going to be amazing.

For me, I'm very interested in Nintendo right now. Their definite underdog status could lay the groundwork for something awesome. As far as the Wii U goes, Nintendo, in a general sense, has yet to show at its own party. They've been very quiet about their first party stuff, only confirming the main staples via vague references.

I think Nintendo is going to take advantage of this low pressure environment and deliver som...

Nintendo has a big opportunity this year. The sheer amount of people blowing them off for E3 this year could lay the groundwork for something special. If I'm Nintendo, I want people to patronize/downplay us going into E3. They should then try and organize that one mega announcement that would turn heads.

In the 2 years since the Wii U's announcement, we only know about/have 2D Mario, Pikmin, 3D Mario, MK, Smash, and Zelda. The last 4 of which haven't been seen. Th...

They need a hook for E3. To be honest, I'm surprised we got as much as we did. This E3 is going to be the most competitive show in a very long time. Revealing too much too soon might give an opening to the competition.

It's been years since I've been this excited for a game. The E3 reveal surprised me, and the PS demo just reconfirmed why I think this game is the real deal. The gameplay is so fresh. I can tell that there's going to be a ton of replay value because there has to be many ways to do stuff. The graphics are great, and the animations are amazing.

I know I'm gushing, but before Watch Dogs I was kind of in that jaded state where nothing really got me excited in gami...

I really hope so. I'm so sick of shooters and games trying to be gritty just for the sake of being gritty. RPG's are by far my favorite genre, so I want to see more of them. I would welcome some 3D platformers as well.

I'm so hyped about this game. It surprised me at E3 and it surprised me now. The gameplay looks so much fun. It really opens the door for so many different solutions to a single conflict/problem. The demo makes the main character look like such a badass. This, to me, is what I want from next-gen gameplay.

It's apparently a PS4 launch title. That REALLY tempts me.

This game looks so awesome. It was my personal favorite of the presentation. Just so many things about the gameplay look fun as hell. I have really high hopes for this.

I love the way Nintendo is handling DLC so far. I was kind of taken aback when they revealed Luigi U. That's the kind of beefy DLC we need to see more of. Now, they could always fall into what other companies are doing, but right now they're doing pretty good.

I always trust Nintendo in situations like this. I remember reading an article that said Nintendo shot down making Animal Crossing "free to play" because the pricing structure, in their minds, would da...

I would love to see a new Jak and Daxter game. I've always kind of liked that series.

In a console launch, the thing I look for is that weird launch title that gains a cult following after the fact. Every console launch seems to have that oddball game that strangely seems to work.

This is one reason why I like these Nintendo Directs. The laid back atmosphere really lets them make it their own and have fun with it. Nintendo has an odd sense of humor, so it's always interesting to see what they're going to do next.

It sets the tone for what ND's are all about. Casual, direct to the consumer presentations that often come with one or two reveals. Using an E3 grading rubric on these things is a little excessive IMO.

I think that units will start moving when Nintendo actually shows up. NSMB aside, to me it looks like they're still kind of sleeping on the software front. I think that once they really start revving the engine, we'll see some positive momentum.

I think Nintendo will have some interesting stuff for E3 this year. E3 13 is going to be the most competitive(exciting) E3 in a pretty long time. I'm sure Nintendo is well aware of that, seeing as how they teased E3 conte...
