Game companies can try all they want. Most of the time you can watch someone play a game and tell if it's gonna be shit. I've got a couple of early warning signs that a game is going to be a let down.

There's no real benefit from shitting all over a section of your market. Money is money, corporate politics shouldn't get in the way whether we're a minority or not. It was never promised to be open world. Only fuck-wit journalists who decided to write articles without bothering to do research have given it the sense of being an open world style of game.
