Well, if so many people bought overpriced Ipods and Itouch, I'm betting 3ds will be $200 minimum and $250 maximum. I'm leaning towards the maximum because at that price it will still sell out for the first 6 months anyways.

If they so believed what they said then how come they are not bringing SS4, Lost Planet, RE5 etc. to the Wii?
It was going to be on the PS3 but Nintendo probably gave Capcom money to put it on the Wii exclusively. You know, something Microsoft and Sony is known for but more so Microsoft.

Why doesn't the NFL grant the license to any company as opposed to an exclusive license? Wouldn't the NFL make more money and possibly increase NFL exposure with more companies competing to make the better NFL game? It would be a win situation for the NFL and gamers.

They think the whole video game universe should cater to their narrow taste. They have an exaggerated sense of self-imprtance. That's why they falsely believe (or is it just wishful thinking?) that Nintendo and gamers who enjoy Wii Fit and Mario and Sonic at the Olympics will fade away.
These Wii/Nintendo doom articles have been going on for years. Which is odd considering Nintendo has probably made more in net income than all other video game combined.
In Nintendo's fiscal reports do they take into accound their handheld market? It's really difficult to determine if they did make more money on the GC than Sony did on the PS2 if they did.
Nevertheless Nintendo did makes loads of money off the GC since they sold it at a profit and had many million+ 1st party sellers. You'd be surprise how successful software wise they are on their platforms.

From a business perspective they did lose big time. They lost billions of dollars on the PS3 - wiping out all their profits from PS2 and PS1. They also lost their 10 year dominance of video game console marketshare.
