Then I realized if you believe this article and all the BS being spouted in this thread by XBOX 360 fans who want nothing less then Sony to crash and burn then you deserve to believe it.
The graphics are from GT4 for the PS2. The only thing that was done was to up the resolution to 1080p for E3 as a tech demo. They are in the process of making the actual game.

Got any kind of linkage for that?
Nice to see some common sense. One cool for you! :)
Assassin's Creed is only announced officially for PS3 because it's a timed 'exclusive' for a few months. Off the record a few employees have already stated that it will be there for PC and 360 also.

Well my cousin Vinny who works at EBGames, manager went to E3 and he said he talked to a couple of employee's off the record and they said Gear of War was going to be coming to the PS3. Its only a timed exclusive after all.

So what does that have to with comparing apples to apples. Guess what the XBOX 360 core or premium can't be upgrade to HDMI either so why would compare a system that has more features that the XBOX will never have and call it a fair comparison. The core PS3 is already upgraded compared to the premium XBOX 360 becaue it comes with a Blu-Ray player and you mark my words that the add on HD-DVD drive will make it more expensive then the core PS3 and probably as costly as the PS3 with HDMI. An...
I keep seeing the $600 for the PS3. Funny how your argument totally falls apart if you compare the $499 PS to the $399 XBOX 360. Neither has HDMI, both only have 4 usb ports. The only difference is the PS3 has a blu-ray drive and the XBOX 360 has DVD. So for only $100 more you get a gaming console and a hd movie player. The PS3 also offers a cheaper system to upgrade the HDD for. The blu-ray player also appears to offer direct benifits to actual gameplay.
Ubisoft - I can only s...
its the first time I have seen a anaylst echo what I have been saying all along and saying that most of the gaming press has gotten it wrong when it comes to the PS3.
1. That E3 did not mean as much as all the XBOX 360 fans seem to place on it since most consumers don't pay attention to what happens at E3 and those that do probably already decided what system they where going to be buying prior. Especially the XBOX 360 hardcore who had already purchased their choice.
2. There is still plenty of time for Sony to get their message out of what the PS3 has to offer.
3. The last anaylst echo's my stance that the true comparison be...
I love the fact they have a scriptwriter from the movie industry coming in to help add more to the game. A very passionate guy in what he wants to accomplish. I hope he pulls it off because this is the kind of things we need to see happen in order to make gameplay more compelling and move the genre forward. Nice find!
you can say a PS3 exclusive game looks good.
However stating that IGN is obviously bias towards Sony because they are helping Sony with thier online service for the PS3 ( I would love to see some links to support that ) is a bit weak since IGN is also working with DIRECTV and Microsoft to bring about the Championship Gaming Series in 2007 which does not include Sony.
20th Century Fox, Lions Gate, and Paramount? That's news to me. Your right about the price though 40 bucks is a bit much. I checked and the price for Blu-ray seemed to be $30 to $40 and HD-DVD was $25 to $35 at Wal-Mart The Blu-Ray group have to make sure they are priced the same if they want to win the war. Be interesting to know who sets the price? My guess is each individual movie studio. Even with DVD's I have seen some pretty big differents in prices depending on which movie.

Sony is planning to enable future versions of its PlayStation gaming console to recognize user gestures and even emotions, according to a company executive. The PlayStation 3 may also incorporate a motion sensor and camera add-on similar to Sony's EyeToy.

I tried to discuss things with you XBOX 360 fans in a reasonable manner but its its becomve very evident who is the fanboys here. Your so willing to believe www.theinquirer.net when it reports that while on a filgth to Japan he just happens to sit beside a Sony guy who tells him all this horrible stuff about the PS3...many of the other fansites laughed at it and most of you here acted like it was So true like the fanboys you really are. Then when someone puts up a CNET interview sayign someth...
