Bioshock is not exclusive to the Xbox 360 since its also released on PC, so does not qualify as an exclusive title.
In any event this is just their opinion, its just as valid as anyone else's opinion. If your looking for fact then your going to have to wait a year or 2 and see how things play out.

It appears from what they are saying that its only the 20GB PS3 that is on sale. Which might explain Sony's decision to not even bother offering the 20GB version for release in Europe.
I went to http://notifywire.com/ and in their last 15 alerts there where 4 for the PS3 all of which are now sold out.

that the New York Times is not a big fan of Sony. That said the author brings up valid points. While I am a Sony fan and plan on getting a PS3 when they are more availalbe its articles like this that should make Sony take notice and work at making the PS3 better then it currently is. Constructive critizism is what is needed in order to make things better and the author does a good job of that. There are issues that need to be resolved and I am confident that Sony will resolve them.

Hopefully this won't take Sony to long to get out in a update. I for one was hoping they could make it so the PS3 would upscale DVD's so that I would not have to buy a stand alone DVD player that upscales to 1080p as I don't want to replace my existing DVD collection.

I was comparing the size of the download over the internet since that was what was being said. However I guess with only the ability to have 20 gb max on the 360 that would be a big concern, however since the PS3 allows you to upgrade to any size standard 2.5 SATA hard drive its not really a concern now is it? Its rather simple really. Make a game, put it up on the store. People buy said game for say 10 bucks and download it. Sony gets a % of the sale for handling the sale and bandwidth for the download and the developer gets the rest.
All I have been doing is listening to you Xbox 360 fans talk about how the future was not a new disc format but digital distribution.
