Comparison lacks a really relevant category: Technical issues.
Fallout New vegas is really poor compared to Fallout3 in this category, Where Fallout3 (VANILLA NO DLC) is probably the most polished product made by Bethesda up to date. Fallout Vegas in the other hand is a real disappointment in this category. Constant freezing, bugs which some of are really bad do some serious damage to the games fun factor.

This is a shame as Vegas (imo) is better in pretty much every...

@MMFGaming

Not really, pretty much all dialog has voice acting and you can just skip the dialog and follow the quest pointer.
Also most quests can be solved by blowing peoples heads off so reading is pretty much optional.

Fallout3 is not even nearly as buggy as New Vegas, its actually the most stable game launched by Bethesda up to date (The vanilla version that is, the DLC pretty much brokes the game (constant freezing, low fps etc))

Fallout New vegas in the other hand is great game but seriously unfinished product, the amount of freezing in the game is pathetic and should be reflected in reviews much more than it has.

The controls would work fine with pad, just copy-paste Sacred2 controls which are imo very innovative and work really well. Hell you can easily assign 12 hotkeys for spells and still have 3-4 keys for for potions.

The game scored decent in most reviews and the main problem was bugs and occasional freezing and plot (as in a hell of a lot less than Fallout new vegas). But the controls where great even tough it took a while to get a hang of the game.

@Frak

Not that I really care what flag the polygons models in my games carry, as I am playing them just to have some fun.

But I agree, MOH could have had some pretty rad minigames considering terrorists.

But if it helps, you can always pick up GTAIV and kill Americans for your pleasure as much as you want(civilians, police officers and maybe even military personel!). Not to mention the main Character is Russian. Many Americans do that too wi...

pretty harsh to wake up one morning just to spit out your coffee on the magazine that says there's a super popular game released and the main objective in the game is to kill you.

Steam seems to be pushing PC gaming towards the way its on consoles now. Single network (XBL, PSN). IF steam gains monopoly in this it has its pros and cons.

Can we trust a single company like Valve keeping up system that pretty much brings all Pc gamers together. There are plenty of ways where they could start screwing up consumers and 3rd party software with this.

E.G:
1. Not accepting some games from other publishers.
2. Unfair advantage ov...

@PS360WiiRocks
I disagree with you both, Call of duty4 modern warfare did excel in multi-player department but the single player was decent at best. Sure look at all the pretty graphics, but the plot is just basic "OMG terrorists have nukes, we must stop em!" and the gameplay is just shoot at the popping heads and play tennis with grenades.

For me Bioshock is so far the best. Bioshock2 was nice but didn't like the way they made it more "run and ...

The novel differs greatly from the actual fan material the pre-orders provide. Sure similar art style, but the game is not even nearly as erotic or should I say "ronery" as some of these pre-order bonuses might say. Mystery novel with plenty of brutal scenes.

Too bad this one will probably never hit the west, as its not really a game but a visual novel or as some say a sound novel.

Game length still has nothing to do with size, its all in the textures, audio and compression. 3D meshes are not that big and source code itself barely takes space.

Compression is a double edged knife, while it makes the files smaller the decompression also needs resources. Good example:

The point is that there is no good guys in war. Both sides are equally bad.

Why not change them both to just opposing force and invading force, because thats what they are.

Isn't Gamestation also a online retailer? I have ordered/imported many games trough their site. They also have better support for credit cards than Play.com. Not to mention the problems with their Euro prices.

Yes they have stores too, but never been in one as there are none in my country. But so far one of the best online stores in UK that I have tested. (Game prices in UK are like half of what they charge in here)

Never liked Dynasty warriors, but the fast based action of this one impressed me. But would love to get a lot more different attacks and combos as it felt slightly repeative (or maybe I am just bad).

But It was kinda nice to blast trough waves of enemies with these demigod characters.

The games certainly not for everyone tough.

Human can have fat and back a lot of muscle, usually the "big" characters in fighting games are just like this. For instance many power lifters look "fat" but they still back heck of a lot muscle to counter that. They are just in almost endless "bulking" phase.

Having that high weight might not be healthy, but that doesn't mean I would pick a fight with one.

Japanese people also seem to think muscle weights nothing and fat w...

To see what happened to Europe, I heard the countries were torn to fight for the last remaining resources between themselves and middle east. Even majority of nuclear bombs where launched to America and China it would still be greatly affected by changed whether conditions and the war between nations + the few nukes US and China bothered to target there.

I care

But I am slightly worried about the price. It will probably be really expensive at launch like most. Will probably wait for price drop or too depending how far Sony want's to take the successor of PSP.

Original VA > all else, whether the language is Japanese, English or French. Leaving the original VA is much better than forcing a dub for everyone, of-course I don't really care as long as original va is there, but if it isnt, it would be a deal breaker for me.

Also these minor cuts can be anything, some might be related to in game advertising which the game is full of. There are plenty of brands, logos etc that might be cut which most people won't know to begin w...

Tax rates in Japan are completely different from US, this means higher prices for pretty much everything. Prices in the US are way cheaper than in Japan overall. For my understanding US is generally favorable environment for corporations and their products.

Japan probably favors local goods to imported goods as well, which would explain the cheaper price for Nintendo and Sony products.

But what is cheap in US and Japan becomes 300€ in my country so it will s...
