Sony owns the movie license for Spider-Man, this is separate for the license they have from Disney to make the Spider-Man game. If Sony want to include MCU characters in the Spider-Man 2 game then they have to license them.

Good preview. I'm a big fan of Bethesda RPGs and of all the games coming out before Christmas this is the one I'm looking forward to most.
You're not meant to play everything.
There are too many games that are too long and now subscription services with all-you-can-eat buffet of games further compounds the issues. You're not meant to play everything. Once you understand that a zen-like peace allows you to move forward and focus on the titles you really want to play.

The contract made with Microsoft, likely, means the game can't be released on PS4 unless MS give permission or it was a very long timed exclusive. I think MS would allow it as there's no benefit to forbid Sony doing this. Whilst Insomniac are working on bigger things, good sales might lead to a future sequel.
