That's a great deal. I'm pretty sure that both the PS4 and XBO price will normalise under £300 this Jan.
That's a good resolution list. I absolutely agree with making sure games work at launch - if they are not ready then better to delay them than push them out to meet an arbitrary release date. I think the whole Assassin's Creed Unity debacle, and its under-performing sales will be a warning shot to the industry to remember that quality control is a priority.
I know there doesn't seem to be that much widespread love for it but I hope against hope to see a new Pilot Wings game for Wii U.
I'd even be happy with the Pilot Wings 64 game being released on Virtual Console.
I'd love to play a Bully 2. I played the first one on 360 and it perfectly captures that school daze vibe. So much fun and variety.
The person behind the Kickstarter is asking for $20,300. But 20th Anniversary editions PS4s are currently available on eBay Buy-it-now for $1,500. It seems like the motivation is not to make a statement but to make a big profit.
Mario Kart 8 is so polished, is easy to pick up yet has deep playability, it's so much fun in multiplayer and has a timeless appeal. Well deserved!
I watched the trailer and it is obscenely violent, more violent than any game I've played before and the sheer malice did make me feel very uncomfortable. However my playing preferences shouldn't be imposed on everybody else so it is a great thing for freedom that the game is back on Steam and available to any adult who wants it.

Good interview. Multiplayer seems like a natural fit for this squad based third person shooter. So it's good that somebody has asked them why. This should be the first big game of 2015.

The Uncharted 4 video at the start of PSX highlighted what a strong and unique game the PS4 has incoming. Phil Spencer admitted he watched the Sony conference and must have seen that the Xbox One doesn't have a similar exclusive. The Microsoft publishing deal (which signs seem to point it was done yesterday) is good for XBO because it means Rise of the Tomb Raider will have a longer period of exclusivity.
What Druckmann is saying is that IF you make design choices based on what critics say, Nathan Drake would be a card carrying member of the SJWs. He would refuse to shoot enemies because it would be deemed unkind, and when they are trying to kill him he would prefer to throw up a white flag and try and get them to talk about their feelings!

By all accounts both Microsoft and Sony are reporting Destiny is the most played multiplayer game on their online networks. For all the criticisms the game had on release, it seems like Destiny has legs.

I bought Lego Marvel Super Heroes last year and these games are just so easy to pick up and play.

Whilst I see the similarity you can't copyright a genre. God knows almost every game that comes out is built on the shoulders of others.
Of course Bioware won't change the story, but a couple of things I'd like to see improved:
* The games are already in HD so a proper remaster of the graphics with 1080p 60fps with higher resolution textures can definitely be achieved in a game that isn't open world. TLoU demonstrated it can be done.
* Ignore 'parity.' Make the game so it utilises the strengths of each individual console. Rumble triggers in XBO, touchpad and DS4 audio on PS4....

Yeah that are some great value bundles for more but the £299.99 price point is psychologically cheaper and will lead to more sales from people who are on the fence.
Good review. I just started this after deliberately skipping the last-gen version. As soon as the introductory mission went outdoors the first thing I was feeling was that GTA is back to its best. I'm not far in but the graphics are great, the writing and characters are top quality as ever and what amazes me is the amount of small details everywhere.
