I'm 100% with you on Modern Warfare- but like SKGamer, I say the multiplayer is way harder than the single player. Too many changes from CoD4. Too much emphasis on killstreaks (and as a result, camping).
Ninja Gaiden is missing though. Such a gnarly franchise for difficulty.
Cool feature. I'll check this out. I'm always happy to see new and cheap games.
RPGs rarely impress me. Especially JRPGs. I always WANT to give them a shot but then I lose patience quickly. Seems that you had the same problems.
Plus, even if this is a "most famous swords" list- there'd be no way to make everyone happy even if it was a true "best swords list." Too many variances in opinion to recognize. This, like any editorial, is author's opinion. And there's nothing wrong with that.
Squall's Gunblade. Agreed. Otherwise, a fitting list. Halo haters will always say the Energy Sword isn't worthy... but they wouldn't be haters if they didn't say that, would they?
Man, what a sleeper game. I didn't know anything about this until it actually got released. Good to see a solid score and friendly comparisons to other games (Star Fox!!).
Good to see Microsoft supporting a really positive charity.
Me too. I never got into these games since I never got into the sport. But it looks significantly better than most wrestling games and those were always fun. Might have to check it out.
This piece is creative, but also gives way more insight into the story of Vegas than I ever had before.
At first, I thought it would be this. But now that I see how quickly this game got stale (even though it's REALLY cool at first) I do think Blur will do better.
Fighting games are like the one genre that I have no love for. I don't hate, I just don't love. It'd be cool to make a video game fighting game, (a la Smash Bros) where characters from all over video game history could fight each other.
Never was into these games. Still, it looks impressive and I'll rent almost anything...
This just shows how evolved video games have grown as a fully developed art-form; they make people think and consider long after the experience has ended.
Man, I love the first one. Looking forward to the second.
I stil like being able to play on hard... Adds another dimension to the game.
I'm always skeptical of new football games. But Euphoria is such a good engine that I would be surprised to see this fail. I like the thoughts that maybe this will give Madden something to really push their product forward too.
Crowbar really has to be the oldest weapon on the list. Most lasting. And I'm with stoppre- Yoshi's tongue has to count.
"PS3 Features We Want to See on the 360"? Short list. Blu-Ray.
that Skate 3 is only an honorable mention considering the success of the series. And especially considering it's a blockbuster compared to "Fat Princess."
I don't doubt this will step up over its predecessors. But open world games are polished by Rockstar- that should be the goal toward which Activision strives.
I'll check this out. I like games of this nature, just not poorly developed ones. *fingers crossed*
