RPCS3 is older but PS3 hardware is harder to emulate. The PS3 works the opposite way most games are generally developed with many more GPU related functions occurring on the CPU rather than the GPU.
The developers of this PC emulator need to circumvent these odd PS3 processing characteristics and that takes more time.
If a near constant 32FPS with random spikes to 45 or 50FPS is what the kids call 60FPS these days.
According to the video linked here the game barely gets over 30FPS!

See there should be PC games that are literally impossible to run on console (due to computational limitations) but there aren't because more money comes out of releasing a title on console than goes in (most of the time) and big publishers actually make much more on console including Activision, EA and Bethesda to name a few.

There is no security risks inherent to disabling that security feature for the installation of a single application and after the application is installed you just turn the setting back on as usual no need to disable it again to play either. I've sideloaded apps on to the Shield TV before apps like Minecraft which I obtained via Google Play but moved from another device to the Shield...
Wow so on top of costing as much as a base model PS4 and more than a PS Vita at its launch the Switch doesn't support Bluetooth headsets!
Personally I don't use them often but I do use Bluetooth speakers and I can safely assume (since they use the same profiles) that those are also not supported.
Switch is exceptionally weak even compared to last gen, overpriced and less flexible than other comparable (i.e.: mobile) and competitive (i.e.: PS Vita) hardware.

The Lost Frontier was more kid friendly and that grates a bit. Same is true of Secret Agent Clank and R&C:SM, but they were still good games.
