Why though? I support remastering the PSP games, but for what purpose would you want to have to own two different consoles to play them both?

Hmmm...I might check this out. I like the idea of Fallen London more than anything else, same with Sunless Sea. I'll have to check out Sunless Skies, as I wasn't aware that was a thing. It's the setting that really intrigues me, and while there are things I really like about the games I have played, I can only get so into them for some reason or another.

I certainly love me some Shantae, and this one is definitely one of my favourites in the series. It still falls a bit short of the Shantae I'm really wanting, but it's a lot closer than previous entries. For starters, I hope later entries ditch mobile so we can have full VA. I'm not counting on it, but screw mobile for that. Secondly, as much as I enjoyed the new forms here, I miss the originals, so I kind of want a return to Sequin Land.

I don't know, they have had a lot of great systems. The Switch is a really good one, but there's some stiff competition. There's also usually a bias in favour of what is current, because that tends to be what the most people are spending the most time with at that point in time. That's why I personally prefer to judge a system once its life cycle has come and gone, and we can look back at the legacy it left behind vs that of other systems.

I'm more impressed by how many corners GF can cut and still laugh all the way to the bank. Heck, as a Nintendo IP, it and its DLC will never drop in price either. I just can't justify paying that much for mediocrity, so I'll take my business elsewhere. At this point however, GF can probably take a dump in a bag and write Pokemon on it and its fans will buy it anyways, so they clearly don't need my business.

I still need to replay the original game. I believe I got through the third Pantheon before giving up on the fourth, and I couldn't beat Radiance either, so I'm sitting at 111% completion, which is frustrating as heck, considering I did absolutely everything else, including getting the Hunter's Mark. I figure, I need to go back through and go the other route with the Grim Troupe, as much as I love the Child.
But...I may not get to that before this sequel com...
I'm kind of glad they didn't try to remake it TBH. If they did that, I can guarantee they would change a lot more than the camera angles around Miranda's butt. Even if they didn't try to make changes though, if these games were to be remade from the ground up, they would greatly benefit from having the original ME team behind them once again. That team is long gone, and I wouldn't trust the current team to do the originals justice in that case.
Is that...a version of the game where the character you're facing randomly changes? I noticed the AI opponent retains the name of the character it started with, but that's kind of random. How did I not know about this?

I usually liked having a Krogan in my squad, and balancing him out with a strong-willed lady. ME3 was the exception, as I used Javik as my dude. I made sure to use Wrex in Citadel though.
