They'd have to set up a pretty specific demo to get IDENTICAL screenshots on that level. Personally, I feel it goes hand in hand with the underhanded tactics like bullshots and photoshopping in extra AA or depth of field. It's BS and misrepresentation of the product.
Then again, at the same time, if ONE pixel is DIFFERENT, not better or worse but DIFFERENT between the versions, there will be fanboy hell and a sh1tload of petty squabbles.
Right now for me its God of War collection. I find those two games very addictive. Good balance of traversal and puzzles and combat and set pieces. I always want to play just a LITTLE bit more...
Development is insanely expensive and returns are not guaranteed. Frankly, if quality can be maintained, I'm all for third parties being on both systems. Why should someone be denied a franchise owned by a third party because they invested in a system that had games they preferred?

Most games are not profitable. Game development is massively expensive. There is little sense in sticking with a single console this generation when a) there is no PS2 domination and b) the console specs are pretty damn close. Devs need to reach the largest audience possible, because they need to pay their workers!
