I fully expect Reach to be a great game, as Bungie is a talented team. But if you think Halo also invented aerial combat... wow. Just wow.
Can triple fireball shooting drac work in 3d?
Can't wait to find out!
I hope its like Peace Walker, as in flesh out the character without trying directly into the Patriots story arc. We know how that ends, and where Raiden ends up. Do something tangential!
I personally don't like seeing how a series ENDS, then they fill in little bits here and there later. Make me a real sequel! Or do a new universe like Acid did! Imagine if Snake and Liquid were teammates!
Very smart. I like it. Also will help appeal to casuals who cant compete with the skilled FPS players.
TGS.
Professional reviewers prejudging unplayed titles? Unheard of!
Indeed.
The game looks brutally fast. I love the level of destruction, but the effects need a bit of work still.
Sony showed some cool things.
MS showed less than some cool things.
The focus on motion controls bored me to tears. It's just not for me, sorry.
Overall, IMHO, a weak year.
Gotta say, E3 all around disappointed me this year.
Oh if only it had splitscreen COOP. (No competitive)
Haha I'm sorry but what? I cannot agree with them at all. This feels so... well, wrong.
And I'll hold Sony to the same standard. If their biggest stuff is motion controls next gen Wii games, and titles ALL announced LAST E3... then there's gonna be a problem.
Something besides Natal and games that were all announced LAST E3 I'd wager.
EXCLUSIVE!
For one month.
How nice.
Atrocious. Gotta love the free swag. How shameful.
Indeed. Most misquoted quote ever.
No... I am your father.
;-)
Okay, that was cheesy, but I lol'ed.
Indeed Alpha. But considering how much the media and MS have hyped Natal to be the next big innovative thing... well, this feels remarkably subpar.
I still think the best uses will be in tandem with controllers for games like those in the RTS genre (Halo Wars 2 anyone?). But as it stands, this is a personal "nail in the coffin" for my total NOT caring of motion controls this year, on any system. Until I see something that really is amazingly innovative from Sony or ...
I dont think either will work well at these price points actually. You don't attract the casuals with such pricing.
Personally, I care not for motion controls, so I wouldn't care if both tank.
Though Natal's functionality in other aspects besides gaming intrigues me.
With console? Good deal.
Without console? Ripoff.
Is this a game or a tech demo though? Serious Q.
