steam sales are rather poor compared to what the sales are on 360 and in a lot of instances PS3. (BFBC2 is pretty much the only game where PC sales including steam, manage to keep up with PS3/360)
Not surprising since the majority of games on PC, can already be played on PS3/360, which has a massive impact on steam sales.
You can also blame piracy for this also.

360 dominating really? Compare the number of exclusives coming out for the 360, to what the PS3 is getting.

360 is getting dominated in the most important area - GAMES, you know that reason why we buy consoles.

ME series has always been a TPS with RPG elements.
Mass Effect 1 was not an RPG. It was a TPS with RPG elements, just like ME2, ME1 just had more RPG elements thats all, but it wasen't a true RPG.
Well the majority of games now are either FPS or TPS, which is what the 360 controller is suited for.
360 controller is also superior for racing games, due to the superior triggers (unless the racer uses L1/R1)
THe only genre the 360 controller sucks at (absolutely sucks at) is fighting games, BUT you should not be using a gamepad to play fighting games to begin with anyway.
You are right about that - good graphics don't make a good game, but BF3, even BC2, offers much more freedom and variety in the gameplay then COD's corridors.

Out of all the people who pirated a game. Would they have bought it in the first place, if they couldn't priate it? If no - then no loss in sales.
From my own experience, I can tell you sometimes piracy actually leads to a purchase.
If it wasen't for the option to download Movie A and watch it with my friends, it would have never led to a situation where they went out and bought it because they enjoyed it :)

This is NOT an open world game. It's pretty much a linear game, where the city serves as a backdrop to the story, to build atmosphere. Nothing else

The caps part - I stopped reading after that paragraph. Once you say that Halo is on the same level of quality as Uncharted, you lose all credibility.
As for PS3 exclusives not selling as much. Apart from Halo & Gears, (both heavily marketed) they are pretty much selling the same as PS3 exclusives.
