There are a couple of variables that have to be taken into account before you say the texture detail has decreased
The first image is from a gameplay video at best straight from Sony in the best possible (youtube level) quality, the second shot is taken from a gameplay video that was released by a third party, and based on the label, it could be from a completely different video site that has different video compression standards than youtube.
Lastly, it ...
They really are.
I even think some company like Okaycupid made a survey that found that alot of people prefered looks of Asians over their own race/pigment, which I find pretty funny.
Are they, though?
Years ago, sure, games were much better on PC, mostly because PC and console games were almost never the same.
7-5 years ago on the other hand... didnt PC games have very little options, and in many cases console level graphics (plus higher resolution, better textures and shadows, and very high FPS due to this) because devs didnt give enough of a sht?
Now PC ports are maybe a little more thought out, and offer more and...
I just checked Digimon Universe... appmon seems terrible. I thought fusion/Xwars/whatever it is called it pretty terrible (tried to watch it in Netflix... I just cant)
I hope they keep making Digimon games in the future too. If they want to keep a break, fine. They could even release a collection of some of the previous japanese only Digimon games.
I wouldnt say upgrade, but its certainly not a downgrade either. Looks like standard optimization of graphical effects and such.
The two things that I would say were downgraded, were the fire/trail effects and maybe the lighting but only very slightly. The previous footage had a more soft and natural look to it, but now its more yellowish.
On the upside, it seems that they have slightly more vibrant color grading, and little bit more sharper image (lookin...
Edit. Scratch that, I remembered wrong.
Button prompts still barely mean anything in prerelease footage.
More like... Lolgon
Because it has Team Ico plastered all over its tasty surface.
The Last Guardian is the party, the Team Ico Cake is what makes the party great and the Stripper (Ueda) inside is what crowns the party.
No, I mean, I remember that there was an article with very similar title (I think it just said "PS4's new hidden feature" or something along those lines), and the part I quoted I remember being the exact same for that articles preview box, word for word as it is written here.
The only thing I dont remember, is the website that had that article. This is why I asked if anyone else remembered something like this.
Gotta see if I can find it... a...
EU is getting a retail version, so if you REALLY want a physical copy, you could try importing.
If they dont release it physically in the US at a later date, that is...
Awesome. Last year/ beginning of this year I remembered reading about how Cyber Sleuth was coming to the west, and I thought it was mighty fun (I had never even played a Digimon game before despite being a fan), but this game was the one I had my sight on.
Finally I can fully immerse myself into the Digital World.
I heard some people having mixed feelings about Next Order (since they imported from Japan), but to me it seems pretty good.
No offence, and I think its a cool feature and all, but I feel that this article is a repost?
I remember this part extremely vividly word for word:
"Case in point: Spotify's integration with the system now runs so deep that it'll recommend playlists based upon what you're playing."
Anybody can confirm this?
The best thing about this for me, is that I decided to buy BF4 on the PS4 since it was on sale and my PC isnt really fit for gaming atm (where I used to play BF4 with premium)
I had to only pay 5€ to keep playing the full experience on a different machine... couldnt have had a better timing.
I have a sneaking suspicion that SotC will remain to be most peoples favorite game. It was more action based and played on that awesome factor.
I actually would really love if this was the case.
Though, I dont know if they should have been worried about BF/TF competition. I dont know how much overlap there is going to be between this and shooters. Some have pointed that its now going against games like Gravity Rush 2, which I would imaged would get much more cross purchases with TLG.
That sound design though...
My ears are bleeding jizz
I still remember when I didnt even know what cheats/hax were. At the time I hadnt even thought someone would use something like a aimbot or wallhacks to gain advantage in multiplayer.
This was like before 08, though.
The one feature I would like to see next, is that you could choose to not copy, or could overwrite files that are already on a USB storage device instead of making a double when copying videos and screenshots.
Would save from a little headache and storage management.
I mean... Im getting ready for the hit, because after nearly 10 years the game has gained such a legendary status that too many people are expecting a game literally made by the gods.
Im sure there will be plenty of 6 and 7 reviews, but if the game is not buggy, Im sure people who like Team Icos production will most likely love this.
Lol...
Well, at least PCs have objective benefits, consoles few objective, largely subjective benefits, unlike your skin pigmentation (except, like, black people burn in the sun less easily due to melanin?) which has basicly no benefits, except possibly in some social interactions.
Large majority of people playing on these platforms are also doing so by their own free will, and can almost whenever they want to change their main platform. Transistion to PC...
