Heretics! No The Last Guardian...
@nX
I really dont see digital (on consoles) as a cheaper solution...
Obviously on the long run you save much more money if you sell them used, but even the sale prices seem rarely better for digital games. The one game I think I got much cheaper as digital, was BF4 (5€ vs 10€ that was the retail sale price in few places), but my friend just a while ago bought Rainbow Six Siege for 25€ in a flash sale IIRC, but I just picked it a couple of weeks ago for 20...
As in, more expensive than previously, or just as expensive as previously?
Because I dont think it ever was that cheap in BF3/4.
A very brief google search tells me that for BF3, a 64 player server rental through a third party site costs 63$ a month. EA provides 3 months for a few dollars less.
I dont have enougg perspective for this since I have never rented a server, but based on that quick search, it seems that the prices arent comp...
Not really. Too many characters are often flat, so I would prioritize character writing and development.
I think its still safe to say that there is a little bit more demand for female characters by people who are not ideologically driven.
For example, I do like that Dishonored 2 will allow us to play as Emily, and its a good implementation because we already know her backstory and character pretty well. Plus, she has different set of skills than Corvo. P...
Funny thing, but that was ever my only GBA game, and it was all worth owning a GBA.
Tenkaichi 3 had less content than Tenkaichi 2)(short story mode, and no leveling/RPG elements of 2), but all the moves were much more polished, character count was upped to the max, graphics were made the best in a BT game. The combo system was also very slightly touched, since Tenkaichi 2 was so block focused, Tenkaichi 3 improved guard breaking abilities and added more ways to counter, and even break out of enemy combos. If you felt like you simply couldnt stop the enemy from pulling mad co...
Tenkaichi style game could even work decently in a multiplayer environment. Tenkaichi Tag Team was 2vs2 and it worked pretty well. Some stuff would probably need refining and the combat system could use some more extra depth or few changes, but I think it could work out great.
In the case of Budokai and Tenkaichi games, the biggest leap has been between the first two games, and the third usually refines the combat.
There doesnt seem to be a similar jump between XV1 and 2, unless you count Battle of Z as the first (which was awful IMO).
Original XV was fun, but I probably wont pick XV2 at release.
It really depends on by what standards you go by. I would side with PS1/2/3 pad, because it had all the necessary buttons, was decently comfortable (though when better shaped console pads came afterwards, it was still servicable), the design was kept for 2 decades, and from my experiences, they were fairly durable.
If I had to pick from the different Dualshocks, first the original DS (nearly same as the DS2, but I have broke like 4 DS2's while my original DS1 only has s...

Games in VR render the screen from two slightly different viewpoints for your eyes, which then naturally gets your brain to form a 3D vision of the game world.
Basicly, its much more advanced 3D with more immersion (integrated headphones, you can only see the game screen) and motion sensing.
You can have your oppinions about it being a gimmick, but it will be much more immersive experience than your TV.
The thing t...
Theres no way around it, FPS is literally a meter, and higher number = better.
I do get the idea behind the conclusion. In some games the higher framerate would have minimal impact on the experience. Like Puppeteer for example, I dont think that it would benefit from 60 FPS that much, since its not fast paced nor doed it require high precision button presses because its not exactly a difficult game. Potential left for the visuals are going to have a much bigger impact on th...
I wouldnt say a "huge" problem, but a problem of some sorts. You got to remember that if someone wants to insult you or someone you know, many people always start with the most obvious physical differences, and thats not exactly racist in itself while the language on the other hand might be. Just like someone might call someone obese "fat fk", they can also say "fking nggr" to a black person. Both would be character attacks in this context.

Never really played any Dragon Quest games except Heroes (which I didnt really warm up to), but this one seems like it could be pretty fun, and also play sort of like a classic ARPG.
Played the demo only for 30 minutes, and it was all interesting. Probably going to pick it when the game release rush is over, so I can drop some serious time into it.
Siege really seems better than most cynical people would have expected after the Vegas spinoffs and even before, Lockdown (which I thought was god awful).
But Siege only caters to one sect of the Rainbow Six fanbase. There are people who are there simply for the tactical Terrorist Hunt, some are there for incredibly fun CoOp action, and some for the R6 MP action. Siege is kinda lacking in rest of the two categories.
Wildlans will be a lot worse for Ghost ...
Kinda like the old one better, but the new one is also pretty good and simplistic (which I find pleasant). Though, if the actual game has little to no connection to the spooky demo house, I can see why they changed it.
Thankfully its not your generic soldier grunt posing away with a gun.
Still sceptical. We havent seen any actual gameplay, both companies dropped the exclusivity deals (though the situation was a little different for MS, since Rime changed to what it is now around that time. They had a different game in mind originally when the deal was made), rumors about internal turmoil...
And lastly what bothered me the most, is that they said a year ago that they were done with crunch development phase... implying the game was at end stages of developmen...
Even better would be if they managed to include to DLC into the retail release disc.
But lol, now "update" is starting to get synonymous with "delayed"
Pretty cool. Surprised this isnt any hotter, because people were asking for a "theater" mode for ages, and it was understandable since some previous games did have some sort of demo capture mode IIRC?
30 for digital version, 40 for physical release with a couple of novelty items (like a booklet and something else), 50-60 for limited edition.
I think that would have been a good price range for the game.
I have heard that Steam has some caveat for this in their TOS. Somebody once told me that they allow you to legally download and preserve the copies however you want (like burning them on a disc), if their business ever goes under.
I havent fact checked this, but I dont find it too far fetched.
