Sounds good
Havent played the game, but the trailer looked intriguing, plus now since its getting a physical release, Im keeping an eye out for it.
Prototype phase -> active development -> 2 yeat hiatus when Puppeteer was being worked on the PS3 (Ueda confirmed that they allocated resources there) -> less active development with a smaller team -> transition and last stretch development on the PS4.
They did use their resources wisely. Its not like they went overboard with the budget.
It is a decent amount sold, since Ico and SotC had a fanbase of 1 mil, so TLG basically sold half of that in 1 week. Sony even said the preorders were up from their estimates, and they had stated that they expected more from TLG for it to be a success.
It probably will meet their goals with this pace.
I mean, I didnt need an anwser to my "questions" about Dark Souls, but Im not 100% sold on your explanations. I have read about them before, but they do feel somewhat far fetched (at least the explanation about dragons), but if that really is the truth, then it just sort of proves my point about why Bloodborne 2 could go badly. The first mistake DaS2 did was to continue the story, and the problem DaS3 keeps exacerbating. In the context of Dark Souls 1, it all worked great and its st...
A lot of splitscreen games have always had worse performance than when playing 1 player. It was most common for the framerate to be halved alongside with maybe some graphical effects being toned down too.
Glorious
Is this the guy actually, or the parody account pretending to be him? That sounds a lot like the style of tweets his parody account would make (which are funny)
I mean, they still want to make something that fans feel familiar with, but they just dont think that prolonging current games and series' is a good for the studio/them.
Infact, from the sounds of it, it seems like they are going to use similar design philosophy in all their future games, and not just in Soulsborne type of games. (Note: doesnt mean that they are going to Dark Soul' the Armored Core series or anything like that)
Ahh, it does appear that they didnt even publish BB in Japan. I got an impression that they did, since they have published Demons Souls and the whole Dark Souls series in Japan, while other publishers took care of rest of the world.
Still... If someone else than Miyazaki does a BB sequel, my expectation would be literally zero. Its already hard to imagine a sequel lore/plot wise, but to get that from someone else who did not create the world would be borderline blasphemous....
It would be suicidal to make a Bloodborne 2 (note, that even the story has gone full circle. Theres no definitive cliffhangers or continue points to the plot) without its lead designer, and Im pretty sure Sony knows this.
That Facebook page was also pretty much confirmed a fanpage/administered by an unrelated third party (based on some of the other very fanboyish/amateurish posting), so their word is just as reliable as any fans on a forum who says they are sure theres goin...
Sounds tasty. I do like me some new IPs.
Some folks have already speculated in reddit that this might be incorrect/translation error. It might actually say "hollow of the city"
That coop update sounds pretty tasty too.
The Last Troll
Not gonna lie, Im not super excited for many (good) games this year after the emotional fallout/long wait of The Last Guardian, but this game is pretty high on my list!
I have never even played Banjo.
Glad this game is getting a physical release too. They werent planning on it too heavily, but after they teamed up with Team17, I started anticipating a retail release.
Lets see how much of a flop this is going to be.
Yeah, Miyazaki has been pretty adamant that theres not going to be more Bloodborne nor Dark Souls, unless someone else at From Software wants to start such project but even then, not in a couple of years.

Its kinda infuriating that people are so confident how there...
@Z501
Though God Hand isnt all too common. In US, I think it can be even somewhat rare or expensive from what I have heard. I have only ever seen one copy (here in europe) floating around, which is the one I own now.
Putting God Hand up in the digital marketplace helps with the preservation of the title.

Thats pretty big, considering Cyber Sleuth was only like 2.5 gigs IIRC.
