To be fair though, how many people out there trade in their games after they've beaten them or played them for a couple weeks? Judging by local Gamestops, BestBuys and mom'n'pop shops, A LOT. Used games are everywhere. This is a good way to get your fill and move on without the middleman. Particularily this update.

What's with Ubisoft and their superhero senior citizens lately (Ezio and Altair in AC: Revelations, Sam Fisher in the last couple Splinter Cells). 60 year old men shouldn't move like that. I doubt you played either if you think the last half of Indigo'supernatural/Matrix twist kicked anything but its own @ss. Completely destroyed the realistic tone of the game. The ME3 of its time. Garbage end. Heavy Rain destroyed Indigo Prophecy in that regard, and others

1st thing Ubi' should've done is put a lil' love into their own Splinter Cell HD Collection. Instead I got a 5GB install with more bugs than the originals and a quicksave that glitches trophies. le sigh.
