Agreed. Competition for our time and money makes US the winner. I would even endorse ANOTHER hardware option on top of the 3 we already have, 4 if you count PC. Just to shake things up even more.

What's the point though? That logic goes both ways, doesn't by default make one console "must have" and the other "must not". Joe Danger didn't come out on 360 til like a year later. Peace Walker was a PSP exclusive for a year. Took many months for Kung Fu Live/ Kung Fu Impact to get on Live as well.

Personally I don't give a tossy toss about long dead IPs like Crash and Spyro showing up in All Stars. Not enough interest this gen to warrant their own AAA-ers from their own publishers, let alone being cameos in someone else's game. I'd rather see more contemporary PS exclusive dudes be it a Chimera, Kazuma Kiryu or even one of the kids from Valkyria Chronicles.
It's not impossible to win, these kind of things get settled before they go to court all the time, which mark my words will happen here and is essentially a win for the IP. Your example is irrelevant, we're not talking about a no-compete clause. Read Sony's press release and my links for what they're grieving, which is contract breach among other things.
