People generally don't collect $60 videogames like comics or cards. You beat it, play online for a bit, the end. Thats why Gamestop and 90% of stores that sell games also do trade ins. People don't play most games 3 months to a year later.

Exactly. The majority are playing the game fine, which is why no one's writing "everything is good" articles. They're too busy playing, unlike some of the "Sony should leave the industry" and "I buy 99.99321FASD227 % of multiplats on my 360" posts from fanboys who for some reason are on N4G instead of playing the game themselves.
Servers are swamped. Peer to peer is what it is. This happens online at launch.

Not everyone prefers enemies from teletoon either. The art style of Halo's baddies are almost yo gabba gabba-esque. The grunts look ridiculous. There's also lighting and animations to consider. Personally I think Metro 2033 for 360 looks better. The underground stations have a nice, depressing ambience. Halo's too happy.
vgchartz has been pretty bad lately, can't believe Play magazine quoted them recently. Even Gran Turismo 5 is undertracked by 1 million units on there. 1 million!!

He wrote a really good rebuttal with details on what in his opinion were half hearted backtracking levels, control schemes like the fishstick, etc etc. Put the fanboys that haven't even played the game yet into their place, and called them as much. Good for him.

By your logic the PC is a mess too.
Even with a "full install" on the 360, you still need the disc in the console. 14GB to install both ME3 discs and you still need to swap discs for side missions. One ME3 BD disc on PS3 and no install. Yeah, clearly the PS3 is a mess -rollseyes-

Easy, guy never dissed Halo, no need to diss LBP. Your points are reversible anyways. Halo Wars, ODST and Anniversary aren't exactly "still talked about", and didn't exactly "set the world on fire" either with averages lower than most other brand name FPS's this gen in the Crysis, Far Cry, COD, Battlefield, L4D, Resistance, Killzone series. agreed 100%. Game journalism is hurting the industry more than helping. Dividing people, turning gamers against eachother with cheap flamebait for hits, no research, propoganda, skewed facts, useless editors, perpetuating corporate pacification -the oprah winfrey stunt at E3 a couple years ago where everyone at the MS conference got a free 360 console and you could see fanboys like those at reviews on the run grinning ear to ear- all of it just reeks of the inmates running the asylum.

So what happens when games like Portal2, Batman Arkham Asylum, the last few Assassins Creeds, LA Noire, Final Fantasy13, ME2, Brink, Dragon Age2, Battlefield3, DeadSpace, Ninja Gaiden, Saints Row3, JustCause2, SSF4, Castlevania Lords of Shadow, TombRaider Underworld etc either run higher res', have better load times, or frames, or lighting, or AA, or have --exclusive content-- on the PS3 at no extra charge? You don't buy them at all, since you buy all multiplats for 360?!
